Bringing in 5000+ "refugees" from Gaza is a big mistake. No Middle Eastern countries will take in Palestinian refugees. Ask yourself why. They will stab you in the back. Happened in Kuwait, Jordan and Lebanon. Gaza is the number one recipient of foreign aid in the world. The various leaders of Hamas, Hezbollah and the PLO are millionaires and even billionaires. They siphon off aid money for themselves.

Than say I am sucker (taxpayer), and I purchase a second vehicle from same dealership. That vehicle fails. Do I buy again? Me thinks No. This is what Canadian taxpayers are receiving from federal government, Bad service from our tax dollars. Fire the liberals, and different organizations in the federal government. People need to be held accountable. Unions need to be fired……… Want a cheap answer. Chain gangs. Bring back prisoners in Canada. Put them to work for Canadians. Thousand Men would clean up these forests near city quickly. Winter they can shovel off walls in city’s. There a countless uses for manpower. All it cost is food, water, mobile shelter. I’m in school to become a forestry technician right now. Last semester in forest management, we had in depth conversation about how bad the Spruce budworm problem was in the Jasper Park, and that it was only a matter of time before the whole area went up in flames. We had lots of discussion about why the government wasn’t doing anything to manage. Manage it and prevent a disaster.. Poor Forrest management… We knew that disaster was coming, and we chose not to spend any money on it even though he’s taxing us out our eyeballs to try and save the planet with the carbon tax. The carbon tax should’ve been used for anything at all. It should’ve been used for Managing the spruce budworm deadwood and preventing a massive forest fire. Yes, forest fires are good and healthy for forest rejuvenation. But like anything there can be too much of a good thing and that becomes a bad thing.

I was working out of Slave Lake before it burnt and the forest was growing right to the edge of Canadian Tires parking lot, causing me to wonder what do they think will happen if there is a fire. Plots around these towns need to have a fire wall dozed out around them, or this will happen every time.

Jasper National Park has been telling the Trudeau government for the past decade that the forest needs attention, sometime in the past 3-4 years they were told if something isn't done and quickly there will be a fire and it will destroy the towns and possibly the entire park, but they were ignored. Also for close to a week Alberta had resources and personnel ready to go in and fight the fire but were denied, there were only around 100 federal wildland firefighters allowed to be in there, after national attention there are now close to 500 if not more! Come the fall sitting does anyone think Jagmeet and the NDP will do anything meaningful to hold the Trudeau liberals to account? Not a chance, moral of the story if you don't want your province to burn get rid of the Liberals and the NDP and quit believing in this climate change bullshit, Canada has been net zero because of our forests alone since before the country existed, that doesn't include all the agriculture and things like carbon capture and constant improvements in technology.

And then there's programs for teens (16-18) that never get any attention. One of them being "Junior Forest Rangers". I did this in 2003, and we helped create fire-lines in Jasper, while those forest fires were blazing around. Mind you, its not all for the faint of heart. The female crew of Blairemore had to leave everything behind when they got overrun by the Crowsnest Fires of 2003.
