  • Gulab jamun is a Pakistani & Indian dessert of fried dough balls that are soaked in a sweet, sticky sugar syrup. As per tradition, the syrup has a delicate rose flavour: Gulab means 'rose water' and jamun refers to a berry of a similar size and colour.
    ☆Gulab Jamun Ingredients are:
    □Milk Powder 1Cup
    □Plain Flour 1tbls
    □Baking Powder 1tbls
    □Egg 1
    □Oil 1tbls
    ☆For Chashni (sweet water) Ingredients are:
    □Water 2Cups
    □Sugar 1Cup
    □Green cardamoms 4-5
    □For aromatic taste and fragrance, add some Saffron strings 10-12 (Optional)
