That chicken curry looks so delicious! I'll definitely try making it too. I just wanted to share that I tried Joel's Prawn Ghee Roast recipe last week, and it was a delightful surprise for my wife and daughter. They couldn't believe I had stepped into the kitchen to cook, something I had never done before in my life. Amazingly, the Prawn Ghee Roast turned out so good and tasty that I received praises from both of them. Even our house help, who is an excellent cook, complimented it. I'm sincerely thankful to Joel for inspiring me with his simple yet superb recipe. Cooking and feeding my family brought me so much joy. My next task is to try making this Chicken Curry when I get back home. Looks like Joshua was having one of those moody day, as inspite of bribing him with an ice-cream, he did not contribute much with his innocent talks.
