Kafka isn't gonna let these young whipper snappers hog all the spotlight.
I always thought the percentage scaler part interesting. When registering strength, voltage, etc, there is never an absolute 0% unless there's a disconnected or a malfunction. Kafka having the Kaiju in him was a cool little play on that. Or maybe it was a convenient plot... or red herring.

10:19 Kinda yes and no. Kikoru has experience with suit, but her wearing it longer isn't really the reason she got most power. As their proctor said, most of the trops hit ceiling of their abilities around 20% and can improve only so much. She got that talent and hard training to back it up
Some suspect it's like MHA ALL MIGHT: becoyse Kafka has a power level of 00%, the Kaiju IN TGE SUIT, isn't fighting against Kafka and only someone like him can fully merge with a monster.
She is a pure blood kaiju hunter... I don't want to spoil it anymore for you
