As someone who didnt watch the whole thing, I don't see this as toxic as the other stuff they have going on in these shows. I actually think its him being desperate and just needing her to hear him. Love is a crazy drug.

I’ve seen a lot of dramas where male leads are unreasonably forceful and agressive but he just looks desperate, a lot of scenes when taken out of context may seem toxic and people misunderstand, if we watch the whole series we know how the characters behave , this one doesn’t look toxic but i have actually seen some dramas where ML are toxic throughout the show
