  • In this lesson I’ll teach you how to use the Future Tense. I’ll also compare the Future Tense to the regular Present Tense, which we’ve been using so far to talk about the future. And you’ll learn how to use the Future Tense together with the Honorific Ending (으)시다.

    Ahh, rewatching everything from episode 60+, I realised that the episode 40s and onward were giving me a hard time not because of the grammar lessons, but because of the sudden huge increase in amount of new vocabulary and it hindered my progress lol. Gonna take double the time of episode 1-39 for me to get from episode 40 to 59 😅

      This form is also taught in this course in a later lesson. It's known as Casual Speech, but it's not a "short way." It involves many changes which will be taught at once.

    • @guada1830
      @guada1830 4 года назад +6

      It is true that “저” means “I”. However, to say “my” you must use “제”. So to say “my car” you say “제 자동차”. “저 자동차” just like that can only mean “that car”.

    But you also said at 01:47 that 것이다 is a combination of 것 and 이다 that becomes 거예요.
    So 일 거예요 is a combination of 이다+것+이다?
    I hope my question makes sense 😂
