We used a drill to bore holes into the top and the bottom and then we took a tyrepump to get the egg out. She made scramples eggs from that for us with a lot of thinly cut chives. With the right spices it taste very good, but very different to chiken eggs. An ostrich egg is about the equivalent of 24 chicken eggs.

Have you ever tried flipping the egg in mid air? Perhaps it's not the most easiest way for some people but there is an alternative way to cook the egg without flipping it. Step 1: cook the egg on high for 1 minute Step 2: turn the heat to low and place a lid over the flying pan and let the heat cook the egg for the rest of the time... Give it another 6-8 mins And enjoy

When frying any sort of egg(s) its easier to add a bit of water in the pan after youve heated the butter/oil fully and put the egg(s) in the hot pan. Then, simply cover the pan tightly and the steam will cook the top to perfection. No more flipping :) Awesome video, thanks for sharing!
