    I really like that they mentioned the Allosaurus is still merely a juvenile.
    In its adult state, it has the potential to be one of the most perilous dinosaurs to encounter: it'd be more agile than a T-Rex, more powerful than a velociraptor, and somewhere in between the two of them in size.

      It might not be able to swim; but surely, it could walk along the seabed. It's long neck should enable it to walk a considerable distance out before being completely submerged

      Why would weight be an issue? The blue whale weighs a lot more. If an elephant can swim a brontosaur should have been able to.

    I think Blue will make a big role in JW3. I even think she is the hardest animal to capture. She is extremely intelligent ( they even said that she is the second most intelligent animal on this planet), fast, and just the right size to kill some humans.
    I know she was kind of a hero in the last 2 movies, but she is still a Velociraptor, and we know from previous movies what these beasts are capable to do.

    I feel like the most troublesome dinosaurs are going to be the Allosaurus, the Baryonyx, the Carnotaurus.
    1) The Allosaurus I see rising to the top of the food chain rather quickly. It's fast, it's large, it's deadly, and it's got some real scary features. It's going to be an apex predator of the areas it can reach pretty surely. I can see it being stronger than both the Bary's and the Carno's, counting it's larger and can take down creatures twice it's size.
    2) The Baryonyx is going to be a terror for stalkers, diggers, fishers. I can see legends and rumors (like the one about the New York alligators) being written about it, just because of how horrifying this creature is by nature. It's this crawling evil hunter, skulking in the darkness of the sewers. It will surely inhabitat rivers, lakes and sewer systems, making fishing almost impossible to do without developing a paranoia. It's probably able to become an apex predator of the "amphibian" sort, being stronger and larger than crocodiles, alligators and other water-dwelling carnivores.
    3) The Carnotaurus isn't gonna be left out. It has some incredible skills and is one of the most fearsome carnivorous dinosaurs that ever existed. I can see it being just under the Allosaurus in the food chain, being a very fast and ferocious killing machine. Although I believe they do tend to make a lot of noise, which is it's downfall.
    The Pteranodons and the Mosasaur are gonna be a nuisance, but this comment is about dinosaurs.

    • @hays1874

      Grimpeace allosaurus to the top of the food chain? Please Trex is much stronger

    • @hays1874
      @hays1874 6 лет назад +2

      Grimpeace also alligators bears and crocs could kill the Baryonyx because alligators crocs and bears have a stronger bite force

    • @thegrimmestpeace
      @thegrimmestpeace 6 лет назад +11

      Hays Marionneaux I kind of agree with Klayton that the Tyrannosaurus could be captured, especially since it is already attacking cities. And the Allosaurus is the second strongest so I mean...
      As for the Baryonyx, I don't think bite force is the only thing that matters during a fight. Crocodiles and alligators are rather slow and cannot perform rapid movements with their whole body, which means that the Bary could kill them pretty fast using it's size, claws and maybe even legs, if it's bite force is not strong enough. The bears would be somewhat of a challenge to the dinosaur, but I assume they'll most likely stay clear of each other because of not knowing what the hell they're seeing. And if they would fight, I still see the Baryonyx at the top.

      Compies have venom in their bite (at least Sorna compies do), and the combination of this and their pack sizes, they’ll be VERY difficult to contain and prove to be a extremely dangerous threat. If you don’t know what I mean by venom, it’s from both the novel and in JP: Lost World where that guy gets mauled by that pack of compies.

    I can't wait for Jurassic Planet(thats what I am calling the 3 JW) I am pretty sure the herbivores will all be relaxed with their new home and just migrate around the forests and plains.The carnivorous will most likely go for the easiest prey like dear,bison and farm animals.The Baryonix will compete with grizzly bears for fishing spots in lakes and rivers and they could also attack fish farms and alligators,crocos and sharks if it gets the chance.Blue will probably be on a quest to find other raptors(Wu start trying to make raptors that are like Blue in behaviour)And she will be very hard to locate. The Compys will be a nightmare to deal with.Just imagine a small group of them finding their way in a city sewer and gorging them selves with rat's and then that one pore guy that goes to clean that part of the sewer and then this wave of Compys comes out of the shadows and escapes to the city.

    I want the next film to start in a dig site in California, we see Alan Grant working alone or with a small group after fossils became less of a deal after the real thing people had lived with for the duration of JW open time. We see him working on a raptor fossil and hear a raptor call, we get that classic slow look up and take of sunglasses from the Brach scene in JP1 blue standing over the site "uh oh". haha, I know it could break some continuity but i love the idea of starting out the last JW film with how we Started the first JP, replicating the dig shots etc and it would be great to get a conclusion to Alan Grant's story after the unsatisfactory events of JP3. Actually, the dinosaurs in Jurassic Park are not accurate, and this is cannon. The geneticists took fragments of real dinosaur DNA, and spliced them with a crap ton of living creatures' DNA. So much of the frog DNA was included that they can literally switch sexes. They managed to miss code for feathers several times.
      The current movies aren't going for scientific accuracy anymore, which is fine in my opinion because the dinosaurs in Jurassic Park were always hacked together theme park monsters designed by a rich enthusiast in the 90s to resemble what they thought dinosaurs were like back then.
      Paleontologists would be definitely sidelined in-universe by an ignorant public, losing funding for very important research on real dinosaurs, but their jobs would still be scientifically important. Neodinosaur study would only be supporting evidence to scientific theories on how real dinosaurs lived -- and using that data would be incredibly controversial.
      It would actually be an interesting plot line for other Jurassic Park style projects to be revealed in other parts of the world with more accurate dinosaurs, based on current science, with more of the original genetic code. It'd be pretty funny for a pack of feathery golden retriever sized velociraptors to encounter Jurassic Park velociraptors -- and win/escape, because they're more adapted for the wild, being closer to a real product of evolution.

      I agree. Just because three years will pass in real life, doesn’t mean three years will pass in the movie. They could do a floating timeline if they wanted to and we could start off right where they left off or shortly after where they left off.

    • @MadisonHarlow
      @MadisonHarlow 6 лет назад +3

      I think I’d personally prefer them to pick up where they left off. I think it would be cool to see Rexy going more into the zoo grabbing one animal to eat as others run free into the streets. I’d like to see the chaos when the people of Vegas and the Pteranodons meet for the first time etc. They could even start the movie like that, then 15 or 20 minutes in jump to the present. There are a lot of different directions they could go.

    • @sportsfanjw559
      @sportsfanjw559 6 лет назад +4

      Madison MakeupnMacabre I think that's exactly how it's gonna go. Ian Malcolm talking will be the beginning of the 3rd movie. A time lapse will take place on screen showing the mayhem and damage the loose Dinos have caused. Ian says "Welcome to Jurassic World" and that's wat I think it's gonna be. A world inhabited by Dinos.

Since they have been building up the raptor v dilo fight forever. That's assuming the zoo financially survives Rexy destroying the exhibits. It's essentially in the same scenario Jurassic World was in when the Irex got out. Some creature they have NO experience trying to contain has just strolled in and destroyed a number of the enclosures, causing a lot of animals to run free (many of which are dangers to guests). The zoo won't be able to tranq/kill them AND the rex with money to rebuild and remove (let alone contain) her.

    The Carnotaurus I feel is the biggest terrestrial problem.
    They were clearly shown to see humans as prey in the films; and (while it was not shown in the film directly) Carnos are insanely fast moving, even by dinosaur standards.
    Once they find a nice forest to hide in, that animal is not going to be easy to find or pin down. It's an ambush predator that moves like a lightning-bolt, and is small enough that it can evade detection.

Not sure if this counts as a reply but it could be quite interesting getting a few chase scenes. Perhaps one involving Blue and a team attempting to hunt her down. REALLY cool opportunity to recreate the Carno scene in the comics where the livestock guy gets attacked at night. So many possibilities.

    I believe that the deer, moose, and other herbaviores in the woods would be hunted to near extinction and have to compete with the large herbaviores. The local predators would also go hungry as a result, and they would become scavengers or even cannibals, as they wouldn't be able to take down the large armoured dinosaurs like Ankylosaurus. The Baryonyx would also pose a problem for the Bear population; it would invade their hunting grounds and eat even more fish than bears, and probably even eat the bears. Soon, the ecosystems will be bent to the dinosaur's rule, and dealing with them could have catastrophic results, not just for mankind, but for the ecosystems themselves. The Baryonyx could possibly be beneficial to the fish population, eating more and more fish, leaving more food available to the rest of the population, keeping it at a steady number. But removing it would make the population grow more without many predators, causing overpopulation and food shortages. I can imagine Malcolm saying something in the next movie like this: "These creatures have forced themselves into our world again, and found their place here. How do we deal with them now, when they are a part of our new world? Do we destroy them, and the equilibrium that has been built in the ecosystem? Do we leave them be, letting them take over more and more of the wild? Do we capture them, putting them on display for a price, and undoubtedly repeating a fourth incident involving a "Jurassic Park"? We will never know what is best for our planet, but we will know what is best for us. We need to decide: Death, Invasion, or More Death."

    Ok Klayton. I finally saw Jurassic World Fallen Kingdom last night at a drive in.
    Watching it was like watching Jurassic world again in theaters.... but as analysed it while watching it, I do happen to have some criticism, but it's nothing major.
    Negatives first, cause the positives outshine them.
    Some human characters are rather annoying, (the hacker, and the tooth hunter), personally, why would that idiot go into the Indoraptor's cage?! I know he likes teeth but damn is he stupid.
    Second and my most major criticism, is the rushing of the destructive sequence from start to finish. I hate to say it but I was disappointed on how Jurassic world fell so quickly in 20 minutes. I was hoping the movie would be much longer, but it wasn't, and to be honest I wished the movie had an extended cut (nothing like transformers, but kind of like king kong 2005)
    Now the positives. The film is dark and emotional. It impacted me, especially seeing the dinosaurs dying on the island (do not get me started on the brachiosaurs dying). The betrayal and revelation of what Eli mills was doing, and how far he was going to get money was dark, and the reveal that Maisie as a clone was mixed for me, but I accepted it due to both ideas of dinosaurs being cloned, a earlier concept of a hybrid human/dinosaur as well.
    Chris pratt's performance and chemistry with everyone (claire, Maisie, and Blue) is done well, and hes not too perfect like the last one.
    The ending opens up many possibilities, and I'm excited to see where it leads to

    I have a few speculations:
    2)The gallimimus would become the new "cattle" of the dairy industry. It will be transformed as the next best livestock to consume.
    2)The parasaurolphus and apatosaurus will become beasts of burden. People are gonna ride the paras for official duty or sports. The apatosaurs are gonna do the heavy lifting as they quickly replace the donkeys, horses, cattles and camels as animals that can carry a solid number of goods.
    3)The Mosasaur, as you said, would rarely make an appearance as he would enjoy the freedom in the vast connected oceans of earth.
    4)Blue is gonna be the main target-to-capture by the US Army, special forces and other advanced armies of the world as weapon of mass destruction. Every merc would want one in their unit.
    Thats it. I dont have any idea about the other dinos who escaped.

    but Fallen Kingdom did make me excited for the JW3 movie (if there is) all I want is a the Mososaurus terrorizing people at sea :D

    There were at least two Stygimoloch captured the one that helped Owen and Claire breakout and there was one when Maisie released the other dinosaurs

    I saw a baryonyx running from Lockwood manor when the car was lifted up along with an unknown big therapod
    It was too slim to be a Rex but too big to be an allosaurus/carno/baryonyx
    It could be a Giganotosaurus

    I think blue will stay "close" to owen... she want's to stay close so she can protect him and thz other way around. Cause blue is normally a pack hunter. She wont be this close so she lives with them but, still close enough to keep an eye out on owen

    Hey Klayton, would you consider doing a video on the musical score of the Jurassic Park franchise? Especially how John Williams’ scores for Jurassic Park and The Lost World elevated both the respective films and how they affected you when watching them?

    Honestly the mosasaurs scares me the most and I fear for the ecosystem of the ocean. I mean they fed her a shark (and probably more) in the first jw and being the shark lover I am I really fear for them to become extinct if the mosasaur gets to roam around....

      @bradtolch 6 лет назад +1

      As much as it would be awesome to see a pod of orcas fight the mosa I don't think they could win, they can't try to just drown it because orcas wouldn't even attempt that on adult whales which gives us reason that it's too dangerous or too tiring to pull off. Imagine a bigger whale more agile with a gator jaw...it wouldn't end well. Several pods could prob beat it though.

    I doubt we'd see much of the herbivores, like the Ceratopsians and Parasaurolophus. They'd probably be treated similarly to wild bison, possibly captured and sent to animal sanctuaries. The carnivores, however, are a serious threat. The Rex, Allosaurus, Carnotaurus, and Baryonyx(could've sworn that was a Suchomimus?) will more than likely be hunted down by the military before they start attacking humans. Finally, the other armored dinos, Stygymoloch, Stegosaurus, and Ankylosaurus, that's a toss up. Yes they are herbivores, but as we saw in Lost World, have the potential of being dangerous when threatened or protective around their young. Lastly, Mosasaurus=Dead by torpedoes! Just my opinion. Keep up the great work on your channel, man! Loving all the JP content!!

    I'm in not really sure where to put this for you to see, or if you know about it already but... in the children's novelization of the film the events that happened before the title card, were a whole three years before the Fallen Kingdom takes place. So the Mosasaur was out in the wilds for three years before we finally see it at the end of the film. I'm not sure how accurate the novel is; seeing at the Indominus was nothing but bone, and makes more sense the beginning took place only months before hand. But the three years also explains the 'maturity' of the Indoraptor, I guess? Anyway, there's some food for thought!
    Also, I love your work for this franchise. And my son and I love watching your videos!

    So I just seen Fallen kingdom tonight. That is by far way darker than I thought it was gonna be. The next movie is going to be amazing if they get a half way decent director. I was blown away by how much I loved the movie. Like my favorite will always be the first one. But this one is tied with the 2nd. We're so close to getting dinos in the actual wild.

    A scene for baryonyx in my opinion should be a Fisher is looking for dinner and he catches something heavy he struggles pulling it then suddenly he gets thrown in and then we see blood come out the water then the baryonyx steps out with blood on its teeth
