    I searched for days how to figure this out for my electronic blow off valve controller and I'm using this for the 12-volt solenoid to trickle and out of all of this other videos this is the only one that actually worked

    I would change the duty cycle, by connecting the negative of the LED to the N.O. contact of the relay, to give briefer flashes.

    The design is pretty good, but it may cause a damage for the relay, I think that the rely will be destroyed if put at prolonged duration in this oscillating configuration.

      @Box Bi - A 30W LED at 12V DC is only about 2.5Amps. So a 12V - 5Amps Relay will be adequate!

    You should have used a variable capacitor for adjusting the strobe frequency

      I think it will pretty hard to find a variable capacitor in the 100-200 uF range. They are usually made in the nF

    did old car blinkers/turn lights work on the same concept?!

      bm830810 usually no - they used a bimetallic reed that was bend under the current flow to the lights, and disconnected the lights. After cooling down it bended back and reconnected the circuit. That is also why the lights blinking frequency changed when one of the blinker lights was burned out - because the current flow was different.

    Cela doit consommer plus de courant qu'avec un transistor ou un circuit intégré je ne vois pas trop l'utilité de ce montage. Surtout qu'un relais doit coûter plus cher en plus.
