- Most of my trip to Pakistan was spent in the mountains, but I knew my trip would not be complete without seeing a few Pakistani cities and meeting the people and culture. Peshawar was the perfect place to experience both. Situated in the northwest of the country, on the edge of the Khyber pass to Afghanistan, lies the historic Silk Road city. Not many tourists make it here lending itself to a very authentic look into the lives of the Pakistani people. The hospitality was overwhelming as we shared many meals with complete strangers and couldn’t walk down the street without shaking a few hands. We had a few days to wander these ancient streets, and here’s how it went….

Thanks!! It was slightly difficult to navigate and a little intimidating but if you love a challenge and are comfortable being outside you comfort zone, it can be a very rewarding place with very friendly people!!

Thank you, I will!
Fantastic video.
I am curious that you haven't shown even a single woman. Don't take it otherwise. Have you been stopped to doing so.
Mostly men are on the streets and out and about. I met plenty of woman who were super friendly, but wanted to respect them and not make them feel uncomfortable by filming them
Kpk belongs to Afganistan😂

Amazing ! I see a lot of star of David on ceilings of buildings.
Interesting observation!
@@thetravelingzam what I find interesting is Mughal Architecture ( I am an Architect here in Los Angeles ) have both Star of David and Swastika adorned in their buildings. Swastika is a Hindu symbol that Nazis adopted. But Star of David side by side ? ? ? I think it because of workers who built them. Interesting !
