Chad with his short arms like a Dinosaur. Does Chad think that looking at the witnesses recounting the body finds in his backyard will help exonerate him? The death penalty will apply to JJ and Tylee, and for Tammy life in prison without the possibility of parole.

All I can think is Chad saying, while sitting in a police car, talking to his daughter…”yeah, I’m not coming back.” and “There is o thing in the house.” Boom, he can’t say he didn’t know. As far as Prior saying that Lori was persuasive…did he read the text from Chad to Lori, when Lori was mad at him? When he was saying that her grandpa said she didn’t have any protection? So who was persuading who? They were both being the sociopaths that they are.

This judge shouldn't be able to do this trial either due to him sending the mom to jail and knowing she lied to chad the whole time
Lori stated what happened to her kids, maybe, by what she had seen or heard. We don't know till chad writes the book. 😮 So, tylee was killed by Alex and Melanie Gibbs, and lori and Chad may have heard Bout it, but lori lied to everyone like she didn't know and acted like chad to fit in. She wanted the money not chad. Melanie Gibbs lived right next to alex, so if the cops were looking for the kids, Melanie should have been searched for her phone records. The kids weren't found with anyone bc who ever put the kids in the ground are long gone. So, they were put there, and the state has yet to prove who put them there. And they haven't. SAD to say. We can't help who we love, and I know one of you reading this can say this. Just because you sin don't make you bad God took all the beatings and whips for us to sin and be forgiven. The courts hold no power to sentm3ce someone to death when that's God's plan at the end of the day. No one has the 6 to kill or the burn in hell, so the ones prosecuting this will die in hell for fame and, furthermore, fortune. They don't care about these kids, or they would have put all them in jail instead of the church man smh. Melanie lied, lori lied alex lied, tylee lied, Charles lied, david lied to Alex's wife, lied too cops and even the grandparents lied . Melanie Brandon's wife lied, but chad never once lied to the cops. I'm just saying the one time he went to about lori, he then said, "Here is her number." SO IM NOT CONVINCED HE DID IT. I HOPE HE TAKES THE STAND AND TELLS WHAT HAPPEN. THAT WILL BE THE BEST THING EVER.

One of the nomenclature words for this case should be "Chad's backyard", "Tylee buried in Chads backyard", JJ's body found in "Chads Backyard". Chad, Chad all the way.

The cops never went to him and asked him about the kids, though. Smh, I believe he was framed.
Mr. Boyce wants to expedite, but it looks like tax payers moneys are being wasted on this case for Gods sake....Working hours should be 8:30 am to 5:30 pm since they take lunch, morning and afternoon breaks.
Agreed! And if it's not that, at least explain that the court has other obligations during X hours and that's why they don't sit for a full day. It's mind boggling.
I think Judge gives reasonable explanation for each break...some have been for technical issues..for those he could have had the jury and other court employees sitting idly by while the issue was solved and then taking a break! Instead, the judge used time wisely and allowed a break during that unavoidable down time and the used the the other time for court proceedings....in some instances, witnesses were coming from out of town, and court was ready before witnesses arrived! There is a lot to manage in a trial of this size and I think the judge is doing and excellent job of keeping things moving along!
Most employers give those breaks....why shouldn't the judicial system...
The defense lawyer is doing his job, punching holes is anything he can. I do feel that Chad is so guilty but the lawyer is doing his best.
I understand fighting for your client, but I don't get why he has to come across as an a$$ 99% of the time. His technique could use a LOT of work. A good start would be not to throw shade/body shame at the deceased wife (victim) of the defendant.
Who cares if the defence is doing his job? What kind of despicable person defends a child killer? Also, why is no one pointing out that John Prior owns Chad's home now? Very suspicious! He makes me so sick. This case is so gruesome, I just can't believe some of the stuff Im hearing. John Prior has a record of domestic abuse too. So, no wonder why he likes Chad so much. They're both disgusting violent men! posing in suits as upstanding human beings. Using God as an excuse to commit murder is revolting!
@@lydacious7338 Everyone is entitled to a defence. If you were to only defend those you thought innocent (before being proved guilty in a court of law) then it wouldn’t be a very fair system. The fact Prior now owns the home because they didn’t pay him hasn’t got anything to do with the charges against Daybell. Bringing up this fact could end in a mistrial which means more waiting , more pain and suffering for the victims families. New jury etc.
I absolutely think Chad is guilty. I want him to be punished. A competent attorney is one way of insuring that there are no grounds for appeal. No one is asking you to like Prior. He just has to do his job.
Atty is in it because it’s a high-profile case--Period!
@@akelly4207 I agree with all of this. We should all always want all parties to have capable and professional lawyers for the defense, prosecution/plaintiff. And for a non-biased fair judge overseeing the case. It's a special case when most agree the defendant is guilty prior to case beginning and the trial proving the matter further -- like in this case. But I always want the defendant to have an effective lawyer, fighting for the client. Any defendant, no matter how despicable we think they are, is allowed and deserves that. Otherwise, our system can't possibly work in a fair manner. I think it's immaterial that Prior owns part/all of Chads house or property. Prior isn't going to work for free and that's likely the last Chad has to offer in terms of assets. If Chad was a decent father (even though we believe he's not a decent human being), he should have done anything he could to agree to a plea to life in prison, not gone to trial (wasting enormous amounts of time and money) and then he could have left something (the property) to his children.

I agree. And unfortunately, it's fairly common. I've seen some trials that have an IT person in the courtroom to handle ALL tech issues. Wish this concept was more widely utilized.

Prior is very condescending. In particular they way he says 'okay' after the witness answers his questions.
Yes and that is what defense lawyers use as distraction to confuse the witness, intiminate the witness.
Prior is rude, disrespectful, condescending and bullying towards every witness. Completely uncalled for.
Nate Eaton said that he thinks that Prior is doing a good job, despite that the majority of his audience doesn't agree with his opinion. Professional journalists aren't supposed to give their opinions. Hence, I unsubscribed.
In my jury duty experience the opposing attorneys always do that. The prosecutors will do that to the defense witnesses, although maybe not as bad.
