Wow, there's so many things to like about her place, in addition to her styling and that gallery wall art, I do like the compartmentalized layout. Generally I like open spaces, but because the space is small, the sectioned off parts are all still visible from her living area. Very nice.
Lovely home filled with soul. Everything flows and has a calm feel throughout the studio. Very clever floorplan. Brava for decorating your home according to your personality and what makes you feel happy.
Very good aesthetic and use of space. One thing I would do differently is the coffee tables. I would put in a pair of round coffee tables (matching - but one bigger, the other smaller). The roundness will soften the angular lines of the rest of the furniture

Great job Marina! It definitely has a soul and lots of personality. It is perfect for one occupant, it’s interesting that you have separate rooms but it doesn’t appear to be confining. Great light and your plants look very happy.

Very nice...that's quite a deluxe studio apt. It's great that the kitchen/dining, LR and bed are all separated from each other (I'm not a fan of completely open floor plans). It's hard to believe it's less than 400 sq.ft.!
