I think this video is meant to be for open eyed relaxing. It's immensely soothing to both sight and sound. She even invites us to imagine taste, smell and texture. She works so hard to move slowly and gracefully, making every object a thing of beauty and easement away from the harsh strife of the outside world.

Look at the date of this video, that was the date the coronavirus was known to us. And then you watch this video and this beautiful soul takes you to a place of calm and happiness. It's like you want to live in her world forever because there are peace and tranquility and seemingly an aura of love all around us. I am so grateful for her and her ideas and creativity that put me in a state calmness.....Thank goodness for a beautiful angel as herself.
