Great to see the break rolls demonstrated in this video. Was also interested to learn about the natural challenge posed by the “crease” of the harvested grain. Cheers.
I work for a bulk material systems manufacturer and Milwright company. One of our customers is a large milling plant. A lot of this equipment is familiar to me but not so much in its applications.
Was watching this to prep for an interview but little did I know I was about to stumble upon one of the best jazz instrumentals ever! Who is this group?
Very good video ..... .... But you know that this is an old video, because a lot of people in the video isn't wearing Hair nets, face masks or gloves......In this modern day and age, we all know that all of the latter are requirements for good hygenic food manufacturing practices. It's actually mandatory regulations; especially in this phase of the Corona Virus.
Even after 8 years this is the only video that shows how mills work. Thanks a lot

Great collection
Very interesting! It’s funny that the healthy part of the grain, endosperm and bran, are considered a problem to be removed😂!
Bran and germ and the nutrient dense parts of the kernel. Endosperm reduction is the end product we call flour
