      सेंधा नमक से धो लो पहले
      ,,थोड़ा गर्म सहन करके पैर पानी में डुबाकर रखो 10/15 मिनट
      ,,,उसके बाद पैर में volini या जो भी हो उसको लगा के गर्म पट्टी बांध के धूप में लेटो,,,,कुल मिलाकर 10/12 घंटे पैर को हवा नहीं लगने देना न ही ठंडा होने देना ,,,,2 दिन में हीआराम मिल जाएगा
