That hurt me in a personal way.
He skipped it twice :(
Hurts even more when he passes up a rare ares call for a a little extra doom damage and takes the common ares call over 8 doom damage stacks which I saw would've seen as a relatively tough choice if I encountered them in the reverse order so might've took that even at risk of not having a call
It doesn't make Doom stack, it makes repetitive instances of doom damage on the same target do more damage. The whole thing that differentiates Doom from poison is that Doom CAN'T be stacked, so it makes no sense that they'd have a common tier perk to change that.
He does at least one of these in every episode. Its gotta be trolling, right?

You should give a gift to target dummy(skelly) in the weapon room he has one of the best keepsakes also just so you don't waste your titan blood next time, the other weapon types/upgrades aren't locked you can unlock them with the titan bloods it tells you how much you need next to it
he really needs to start abusing trinkets that force gods to spawn. getting a guaranteed athena or aphrodite spawn = ggez

No you gotta remember that your entire channel is a work in long form gaming content. By mix it up we mean give us at least a thirty episode series of Hades and maybe more, but definitely return to it when and if you decide to call it quits

When you are shooting a burst of an attack, doom is often not the optimal choice for DPS.
Sword + Nemesis Aspect is really good
NL mindflooding himself to only using casts when his rockets were insanely high damage.
Has the potential to shot 3 rockets that each deal 340dmg at rapid speed, decides that 110dmg doom stacks are better.

Maybe they were talking about Aphrodite call, the greater call for it does around 2500 damage.
Egg takes two common boons that do not stack with attack speed or each other for his attack and special, wonders why he doesn't do much damage

I will say, I found that casts are made a hell of a lot better with the Boiling Blood (?) perk from the mirror, the perk that increases damage to enemies with a cast lodged in them.

Egg never underestimate the ares call! I had runs where it easily shred off 50% of hades' HP when used at full strength.

To be honest this is probably my favorite build yet since the burst comes in waves. 1st from the rockets, 2nd from the doom, and 3rd from the bloodstones. The bloodstones synergy are especially cool to me since the damage from falling out doesn't seem to be able to be mitigated which makes it great against bosses like Theseus.

I just got to second phase hades last night. Was not expecting a phase 2 whatsoever. I had actually set my controller down to watch whatever cinematic or cutscene was about to play out when he raged out and murdered me.

Glad you are having a good time with the game. I will just say three things: please look around rooms more carefully to not miss troves (there is a sound queue as well) and gold urns, press select on the gamepad to get an expanded look at your boons including countdown timers for chaos boons, and lastly please just kill those skeleton spawner orbs in the Hydra fight before they summon.

Hey NL, I'm really loving Hades! It's my favorite new series! If I had one request though, I'd love to see more of the dialogue. Or at least, if u could leave it on screen for a bit longer so I can pause and read it. I have to keep rewinding and trying to pause for the fraction of a second its on screen. Keep it up though, dude, I don't want this series to end any time soon!

The reason you weren't shredding some of those dudes on floor 3 when you talked about lack of oomph was because they were blocking your casts

@NL pressing [B] on PC and you expand your boon so you can read them. There is probably a button in controls that will tell you the button on the gamepad.

Some Athena boons affect deaths defiance, and they also refund a usage of it.
Late game these are life savers.
