the fact that her relic doesn't even get a slot in her when she's the champs with most created unit by far and the only one who can use the ramp really speaks volume about it's worth
I went for Beast, Echoing, and CSF Echoing prints more copies for Norra so there's a good chance you start with Created Norra (She becomes 6/5 at the start). Palooza becomes 4 cost and becomes a manageable card to play with. Also, unsure if it's bugged or not (since it's a positive bug) but created 4+ cost summoned by portal would also add Portal into the deck.
Came here to say a similar build but I honestly love Beast and Echoing with Lost chapter/Archangel. Echoing makes her strong enough to hold off first turn and then you ignore the whole deck and just play palooza nonstop. It feels like the scene in Endgame where everyone just keeps coming out of portals! Also, not a bug! It's bc her star power is BASE cost, not current and her lvl 2 only makes base 4+ units
Support champ Azir works too, level up conditions both line up, and with norra's level 3 star power the sand soldiers become 4|2 units. Beast within still works pretty well with Azir. Even though they don't have a subtype to get the buff, they still benefit a lot from the overwhelm because if they hit the nexus that's another 1 damage.

@30:00 wouldn't it be better to put the ephemeral norra first so that the real norra eats the bigger stat pool? cuz the ephemeral just dies with those stats otherwise
@@RenegadeVileyes! Playing Yi, Nami or Diana feels boring, since we are forced to repeat the same actions round after round. While Nora is: I want to play a card and i can do it. Then, I also get blockers for free Norra gaming is enjoyable
i went for portal accel. with void carapace to see how much impact i could stack on Norra. had a lot of fun as she got to 8+ consistently and sometimes got to see her stack to 16+. norra most definitely is both fun and powerful. 🎉
I just started playing this game about 3 months ago. I got Norra and I don't know what im doing, but those portals save me all the time 😅. I understand some of the mechanics, but for the most part im just messing around. Having a lot of fun though.

@@Mudblood37 I think the emphasis in the bug part was that the Starpower is shuffling portals on summon, when it should be only on play.

She feels either high A tier or S tier. I'm really happy with how Nora turned out.
