Dan is old enough to be his opponents' father at the very least. Not taking anything away from anyone but Dan has so much experience on his side that even if his opponent were to be more intelligent than him and more well read relative to his age it would be hard to counter that depth of experience.

Nobody can make a strong argument for that because it’s impossible - there will always be ample reasonable doubt.
