Here after watching The Voice… I once heard many years ago a famous French actress say in the early days of the musical talent shows that “you can become a star overnight, but to be an artist you have to be born one”. I also have a friend whose famous in the music industry and who once said to me “a star can shine today and be gone tomorrow; an artist is here for life”. Well all that to say what a true artist this lovely lady is...
Just saw you on the voice and was like, “Dayum!! who is this woman...wow!!! 😮” You are beautiful, talented, mesmerizing, powerful and an inspiration. I’ve been a singer since I was little, and there are few women who I’ve felt like a kindred spirit with, Chaka, Tina, and now you. Go get it honey!! I was very fortunate to meet her a few days ago. I was browsing around in the beauty supply store, looked over to my right and saw this gorgeous girl. I immediately knew it was her because of her signature crochets. I went up to her and said "hi Sandy Redd"...she was very welcoming and kind and even took a selfie with me when I asked - with no hesitation. I wish I could post it for you guys. She is representing for Us light brights!🙂
I'm telling you if she doesn't make it big there are some stupid people in the recording business! I'm waiting for a CD to come out bc I def. Buying!!! Seen her for the 1st time on YT and have been looking up every video for a long while. Like hours.. she is great! God has blessed her with a strong beautiful voice! I wish I could be a judge on the voice!
This is even better than the voice performance. Reminds me of old Mary J , back when she used to break down crying on stage singing and had grown ass men's eyes watering.

I love that scratch she has and let's out every once in awhile. You are freaking awesome. When I seen you on the Voice I was like wow just wow I've got to know more about this lady.Honey you can do this you just need a good producer and someone to help you with the choice of songs and a little bit of criticism till you get it right. The Voice was totally awesome I don't know how you're going to follow that.Dont forget you are playing to an audience find out who's your biggest watching audience and make them happy. I've seen people who I thought should have won but the viewers wanted someone else. It was poor judgment and they probably chose the winner because she was young and that's what the viewers could relate to

It’s unfortunate that these days call for the “beat” more than the TALENT.....only people older than this generation can APPRECIATE RAW TALENT....most people that I know these days don’t even know the music that their parents grew up on.....😩😭 but there’s a SPECIAL place place for her anointing....I LOVE HER
I want more music! I have everything you’ve released so far in my music library! Yay! I’d die a happy soul if she’d release one or more Tina Turner cover as well as 80’s-influenced albums. Heck, she can just keep releasing everything she can!
