Actually keeping the knife inside would make him live longer, since it prevents the blood from just flooding out (so he can’t bleed to death.)

I have only watched a bit of the first maze runner before, but what these three have is immaculate. The way Newt literally followed Thomas everywhere with not so many questions and how he and Thomas (and everyone else) were worried about Minho. The way Newt looks at Thomas, the way Thomas is around Newt, the way Minho and Thomas hug. What they have and are is really sensational.

I will always have a broken place in my heart for newt. This killed me inside . He was such a meaningful character. He had such a development and his character and he was always so kind. It literally kills me inside there's a hole in my heart for him. Thomas Brodie sangster if you see this, you are literally my idol and you did such a great job in this film.
