How dare someone play a "normal move" to attack the knight!? Brilliant quote, Josip!!! Stockfish always sacrifices to break through! (Bishop to H6.) _At least the other engines are getting better at knowing when to retire!!!_
The most dynamic endgame Ive ever seen. That bishop move was high class! Man I gotta try that. Its like painting with chess its so beautiful. Have you ever used MidJoruney? Artistically it finds things that you feel stupid for after seeing, like “Oh duh why didnt I think of that!” Like an orange peel meshing with the orange shade on your hand so it looks like your flesh is turning into an orange peel, but done in a very beautiful and seamless way. Just how they configure and compose different objects makes composition a whole new realm to explore. The way it plays with shapes shows how rulebound the human race has been, and how success is just outside of it. Same with chess. It plays with shapes like silly putty and takes alternative bus routes like the rook starting in the corner from his starting position then moving to the middle and checking the king across the board then moving to the back rank to access the first rank again. It creates a square shape in your mind. Its something you see people get handicapped over all the time, and yet this simple square shape solves the problem. Wild. And willingness to sacrifice rooks in the middle of the board during the endgame for pawn activity is a beauty to watch. Thank you for showing this game!
This is simply genious chess from the Fish! It is impossible not to love this. Really awsome! I wonder what kind of e4-e5 game we would see if the Fish plays against it self. Would also the Berlin defense be put on the board?
I'm glad I somehow found this channel. I personally regard it the best one for Chess content. You deserve far more subscribers. Cheers from Argentina.
Thanks a lot for the good words
