I just want to say thank you so very much for this video, I’m new to nails and have been watching nail prep videos for days and yours thus far has been the most helpful and educational. So again thank you! 😁
I've been going back in your vids looking for prep tips and I think I finally realized why my nails pop off after about a week. Only the pinkie and my thumb are good usually, and it's because I dip the applicator into the dehydrator and apply to pinkie 1st, then so on and keep going without dipping into the bottle for rest of nails until I get to my thumb, then I dip again for thumb. Only the pinkie and thumb are getting a proper amount of dehydrator. I'm so dumb lol ty for video girl 🥰😅
Helpful video, is it necessary to use the protein bond and an alcohol wipe for the nail to stay longer or you can just use the dehydrator and the primer only?
Thank you for the heat spike tip, I would go to the nail salon and have that happen, I would wonder why my nails were burning, thinking it’s something I did wrong
I absolutely loved this video, I can’t wait till all my supplies comes in so I can practice, I put all these things in my Amazon cart. Thank you girly. Great video ❤️❤️❤️
This video was so helpful . I have all 3 of the liquids . The other steps like using the cuticle bits is what I’m going to try . I’m not longer using a nail file to remove shine because I always miss a spot which can cause lifting even if I laid my acrylic down to perfection . It’s all about that prep that make these sets last longer . Thank you so much for this video P. I will be giving an update to my comment after I do my nails and tell you the results .
Thank you so much Porche!!!! This video is so so so helpful I was wondering if I was over priming by using four coats of primer but you answered my question!!!!!! You’re saving my nail life for sure 😭😭🥰🥰🥰❤️❤️🥰
Girl, I am still getting lifting! I’m watching “prep” videos back to back today. 😂 I really felt like I prep with the efile really well. I use Vbp prep (cause I heard it was a game changer.) And it’s all the different products (hard gel, soft, poly, dip…) not just one. Now it’s not on everyone’s nails that my product is lifting but it’s on too many! I’m intent on figuring this out asap. I was using Mia Secret prep before. I use YN protein bond too. Have from the beginning, 2 coats. I have noticed it seems to be on thin nails that I’m having the trouble with. Thank you for making this tutorial!
Okay question! I always push cuticles back- use cone bit- cut the cuticle- use ball bit to buff extra away- then remove shine... should I not be cutting the cuticles till the end like you do?
i love youuuu so muchh just so you knowww im gonna buy the stuff today and update you cs i have rlly bad lifting like it comes off within a couple hours.
Do you use a dehydration on Prestons when you apply them to your nail or not because I want to start a press on business before I go to cosmetology school
Great work babe , when you did the black marker filing part did that sanding band have a safety bit ? Because i cant get that close to my clients hands it will cut and nick thier skin
We all have sinned and fell short of the glory to God. The problem is, that God is holy and doesn’t live with sin. So we all deserve to go to hell, but Jesus paid the price so you don’t have to! All you have to do is confess Jesus as your savior and repent (turn from ALL sin) and you can have eternal life!
Hi babe , you can ❤️ The bond I found adds even more longevity though . If your nails are coming off after a week , it isn’t because you’re just using those two alone , something else is going wrong in your prep or application process.
Sounds like something one would say that beats quickness/quantity over quality over their employees heads. I don’t nearly even see how it could be possible to do proper nail prep on all 10 fingers in 5 minutes. Prep is the foundation of the nails. If your foundation isn’t secured the nails will not last as long as they could. Also people take notice when you take the time out to care for and properly prep their natural nails without damaging them.
⚠️ I had to remove the sound in some parts of the video for copyright reasons.
Oh if I didn’t look here I thought my phone volume had issues 😂
In the beginning Is that just an alcohol wipe? Thank you
can you put the voiceover back on without the music?
If you need background music. Use clip stock. Copy right free music. You have to pay, but I haven't had any issues with Copy right.
Can you please redo this video ! I would love to here everything. You so knowledgeable
It’s so hard to find a video this detailed about nail prep yours is literally perfect

No i don’t do any prep to the tip. No prep is needed. I go straight in with acrylic.

No it isn’t a safety bit . There are safety bits out there if you do not feel comfortable 💗
what’s the wipe you used at the start?
Lint free wipe & alcohol 💗
Soon to try!!
You’ll love the method ❤️
I can't wait for the next part of this video thank you 💗
When she said I don't know what I'm doing then wine up doing a good job
I came to the right place
❤❤❤❤ I can't wait to start class
i wanted to ask what speed did u use when u were filing the nails?
I normally use 8-10 RPM on the natural nail/tip 💖
@@PorcheNailedIt ty this helps a lot ❤️❤️
So what speed do we use while filing cuticles/natural nails?
5 RPM when filling the natural nail 6-10RPM when sealing cuticle 💗
Awesome video as always "P" thanks for sharing and showing luv much love always 💅💕💕💕
I'm curious why you do the 2 different primers. Do you notice that big of a difference?
Yes.
Can you just apply the protein bond ? Or do you need a dehydrator and a primer ?
Sure you can , I don’t do it/recommend it though . But I don’t see why not.
Thanks for the Tips you’re Amazing at nails 💕👑
Thanks babe ❤️
Thank you!!❤ I appreciate you!
This is sooo helpful. Thank you 😊
My pleasure 💖💖
does this work with dip powder?
I love this Its so informative! Is your drill in reverse or forward when you use it?
Thank you 💖💖 Its in reverse .
How long would you say the nails last you doing this technique?
Until I take them off which is usually a few weeks to a month. I’ve had them last longer than a month no lifting.

I’m a little scared to order the primer and dehydrator because of the reviews, some people said they come empty half of the reviews are bad
It is necessary to clip skin look up manicure 💅🏾 diy natural nail mani 😊
No it isn’t always. It really isn’t at all imo & it’s illegal in some states.
I have just done a video on my prep routine,.I still wanted to watch your video to support you as a fellow nail sister 💖 @BNAILED
Yess love YN protein bond i buy the gel nail kit from Amazon Canada
Will this work for gel polish manicures as well as gel extensions?
Yes ❤️
Not sure how helpful the liquids would be, I don’t think those are necessary with manicures & extensions but everything else, definitely ❤️
@@PorcheNailedIt thank you 😊 🙏!!!
Excellent video
Hey hun can u pls give me the link for this big blue crystals you said you got from aliexpress in another video
Is there any way you can split the video in parts so we can hear?
Could you remake this video w sound
Can I do this process without the bond? Because I have the dehydratior and primer but after a week the come off 😢 HELP , your the BEST ❤
Hi babe , you can ❤️ The bond I found adds even more longevity though . If your nails are coming off after a week , it isn’t because you’re just using those two alone , something else is going wrong in your prep or application process.
what glue?
I do three coats of the dehydrator and two coats of the xtrabond
I love your videos
Love love your contents ❤❤
Thanks boo 💖💖
Hiii could you please list the requirements used
What do you have the drill at when doing cuticle area
8-9 RPM
I need the sound on girl so i can hear all the instructions
my prep is very similar great info!!!!
when blending the natural nail and tip, how many rpm is your drill on? is it also a fine bit or a sanding band you use?
Same 240 grit sanding band I use to file the natural nail, same RPM around 8-10 RPM .
Awesome video, thanks! 😊
Ty for sharing
Thanks
I don’t know if you’re still talking but the sound goes out at 41 seconds
I know, thank you. I had to take the sound out a couple times in the video because YT said it was “copyrighted”.
what rpm are you at?
Always 5RPM or under when working on the natural nail 💖
The sound on the video is crazy
thank youuu
Absolutely 💓
I did my first long curve set and my nail popped off the next goddamn day smh
🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩
The owner of the salon I work at is telling me I take to long preping and that I should b taking only 5 mins.

I dont see the point in blending the tip in to the nail once u add the acrylic u cant see the line!!
What do you need to see the line for ? 🤔 The point is to avoid lifting/smoother application.
🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Wayyy too much primer for the natural nails
Booooo thank u this is a perfect video thanks
Absolutely 💖
It cuts off right when you're about to say how you apply the tip to a crooked nail, can you please let us know what we missed?
Tysm 😊
Am I trippin or this video has no sound ?
You’re not lol , I had to remove sound at some points for copyright reasons .
Audio going in and out
My apologies , it had to be muted at some points because the music had been copyrighted . It was either that or the video would be taken down.
Thank you 🙏🏼
