@@carlthor91 The 589 is nice, probably the most driver comfort to date for the cab and sleeper. But time will tell if it will stand the test of time like the 3 series cab has from 359 to 389.
Absolutely beautiful orange 389. 6:37 But not to be the grammar police, the predecessor to the 389 was the 379. The successor to the 389 is the 589. Predecessor means preceding/before. Just trying to help out. Awesome Peterbilt content.
I like the white one I see over there. I just got my cdl permit today in Louisiana. Hopefully the world will turn around and I could afford me one of these!
No more 389's and fake stacks? Not a real truck! Not everyone likes slope hoods. But no surprise...no real drivers left and soon, all trucks will be automatic. Fake stacks and fake drivers. Peterbilt is screwing up by ending the classic long nosed hood.
It's a nice truck! It's sad that the 389's are going to be done but in my opinion trucks aren't real trucks to me anymore. The EPA ruined the diesel engine. The real sad thing is when the stopped making gliders.
I'd drive it 👍🏻👍🏻......I totally agree on the dummy stacks.....I'm all for them.....cleaned my active ones today and those baked on bugs just don't come off.....🤬🤬
I gotta question… does the exhaust fumes come in the cab very bad sitting still with the exhaust underneath the truck like that verse’s hooked to the stack’s…
Manuals still offered. Big companies are buying more automatics because they are becoming more reliable and less drivers can drive manuals. Owner operators and smaller companies still can get manuals.
Well am wondering as ending the 389 Peterbulit because why, yupper government is envoled and as f'd up as the government is with everything they do this is there finishing the old school real driver, old school truck, and trucking, thx Pacar !
Hi Tommy Hi Bryan it will be a sad day when you will not be able to buy any more 389s
Alot of w900l will be on the road soon
Supposedly, this year is the end of the W900...... I believe they will extend that deadline...... fingers crossed 🤞 W900 ROCK 🪨
I sold three of only four tridrive 389X. One will be saved as a time capsule
That’s awesome Mike!
In a way I'm sad, but also, I haven't gotten in a 589 yet.
Best wishes all, from Northern Manitoba.

Love the orange 389 my two favorite colors are orange and bright green
Hi love the truck don't like dummy stacks .working ones ate better

I sure love that competition orange and legendary black cherry 389. I can't afford either one unfortunately, though.

Heck yeah, congrats
Work hard, save ya money 💰 & anything is possible. Congratulations on the new cdl 👌🏾
Can't wait to see the first customized 589 with active stacks.
I’ve got a 2017 in the driveway. Someone come get it!

New Pete willl have Long nose . In a year or 2 people will be totally fine with the new Pete
Peterbuilt should make signature flip flops to go with their trucks. Thank goodness we still have the KW 900.
@@bc58w990 is replacement for the w900
I seent it, that orange truck is perfect
379 is the best with a C15 18 speed with no emissions
Hey what’s up bros how y’all doing much love
Are they going up in price after the last ones are sold?
The black one 🔥

New to your channel; i have a 2023 579 Black Cherry Utra loft interested in the 389 Black Cherry what is your physical location (address).
Love it! You guys are awesome as always! Great work😎
72 inc cab is the biggest cab ??
I'd drive it 👍🏻👍🏻......I totally agree on the dummy stacks.....I'm all for them.....cleaned my active ones today and those baked on bugs just don't come off.....🤬🤬
😎😎 great looking trucks
Do you guys have used Pete’s ?
How much are those Yellow ?
It’s sad that the 389 is not going to available and seeing a 589 stretched would be cool
I guess I'm old. Seen the drove the last of the 359's the 379's and now the 389's. Somebody else take it, I'm done.
wow talk about pushing the remaining 389s
I gotta question… does the exhaust fumes come in the cab very bad sitting still with the exhaust underneath the truck like that verse’s hooked to the stack’s…
Not really, the tip is directed past the back of the sleeper
@@SEMICasualShow thanks buddy
False stacks are like a woman wearing inserts in her bra, false advertisements 😂😂😂
Hi
Good luck with that!
Nice Pete! should've activated the stack's
Does Cummins offer a 605 still?
Yes
Yes
Always loved that black cherry
Still buy a 389 used or at an auction or someone’s that selling there

PETERBILT made a huge mistake 589 won’t be a big seller
Fake stacks will not be
C😎😎L as ACTIVE STACKS!!!!!!🔊🔊🔊🔊🔊🔊🔊🔊🔊
You guys sold the best looking 389 to PDI unfortunately
I’m goin to picket bring back our boxy trucks and pre emissions regs
Price range for these?
If it ain't a 359 or 379 it ain't a truck
Do you have any 389x’s?
We have 1 available as of today
The 589 will be a damn good replacement. Same classic look nice updated interior.
From what I see all they’re doing is cutting costs. Same interior and cab as 579,567’s
The dash on the 589 isn't an UPDATED INTERIOR!!!!! it's an 😊DOWN GRADE!!!!!!!
you should fix the fuel tanks!
I have same color 565 long nose same wheel base truck 2020 year now just 524000 km
Just like when Peterbilt said bye to the 379 and became the 389
ANY CHANCE U CAN SEND ME A WALL PICTURE OF A 389 SAD TO SEE IT GO LET ME KNOW
Peterbilt is making a grave mistake. Watch the W900 sales sky rocket . A lot of people don't want the new styling in trucks FFS
Why can’t you put active stacks up the back of the sleeper?
Just pipe it up from the grass burner.
To many Flip Flops 🩴 on the Road 😂the Last of the real trucks are all going automatic Trash
Manuals still offered. Big companies are buying more automatics because they are becoming more reliable and less drivers can drive manuals. Owner operators and smaller companies still can get manuals.
Ain't loosing nothing with the 389 bc the last Peterbilt was right at 20 years ago anyway
So... no more old school term? Fake exhaust and Fake 2 sticks😅 next year old school will be live exhaust..... what a concept 👏 😅
They build trucks know to accommodate all the dummies that are out there driving that don’t even know how to shift gears
Well heres to the future.
589 and 990 kw - proof that paccar is going woke too - must have checked with bud light how to kill something good.
New Pete's are expensive enough by themselves without dealers jacking up the price with their crappy taste in add-ons!
589 are crap 💩
