✍🏻𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦:
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐑𝐚𝐛𝐫𝐢
* Milk(दूध) - 2 Cup
* Sugar(चीनी) - 1/2 Cup
* Mawa/Khoya(मावा) - 100 Grams (Grated)
* Dry Fruit(सूखे मेवे) - Some
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐅𝐚𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐝𝐚:
* Ice Cubes(बर्फ के टुकड़े)
* Water Melon(तरबूज) - 1 Kg
* Sugar (चीनी) - 2-3 Tsp
* Corn-Flour (कॉर्न फ्लौर/आरारोट) - 1/3 Cup
* Red Food Color(लाल फ़ूड कलर) - Some
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠:
* Red Sharbat(शरबत)
* Grapes(अंगूर)
* Mango(आम)
* Dry Fruits- Pistachio(पिस्ता)
* ColorFul Cherry(चेरी)
* Jujube Candy(जूजूबी कैंडी) - Some
✍🏻𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐏𝐄:
𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗥𝗮𝗯𝗿𝗶, keep the pan for heating & put Milk & keep it for boiling. When the Milk starts boiling then put Sugar, grated Mawa/Khoya, and some finely chopped Dry Fruits. Cook until it gets half from its initial quantity. Then turn the flame off & keep the Rabri cooling down for 6-7 hours.
𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗙𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗱𝗮, add some Watermelon cubes to the blender & blend until smooth. Then sieve it to separate the juice and pulp. Then put the Water Melon Juice into a pan, add some Sugar, Corn Flour gradually & some Red Food Color & mix all well. Turn the heat on and cook the liquid on medium to low heat stirring it continuously. When the mixture starts coming together to form a dough ball, leaving the sides of the pan. It will look glossy. Instantly transfer the dough to the greased Sev maker. Then make thin noodles/Sev over the bowl of cold water. Keep the Falooda Sev for 15 minutes so that the Falooda Sev would be set properly.
𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴, in a glass, first add crushed Ice, Rose Sharbat, chopped Fruits, Dry Fruits, cooked Falooda Sev, Rabdi, some chopped Fruits, Dry Fruits, Cheery, Jujube Candy Crushed Ice & Red Sharbat. Garnish it with some Dry Fruits and Fruits and serve chilled. In this way, very refreshing summer special Royal Falooda will get ready to serve.
