Is it actually true that in Britain most houses don't have proper heating? I heard that but would not believe it. The temperatures here in Berlin , Germany are about the same or even colder. But Inside we usually keep in at 20-22°C (around 70°F). So I don't mind winter very much. So can you tell me whether thats true?

It's actually cheaper to have your heating on 24/7 than to keep turning it on and off all the time.

I'm a novice sewer and I love skirts so far great but the colour layout is super confusing. Ah well nothing is perfect.
