He will be better prepared in future matches to defend against a quick take offensive down and allow his opponent to maintain a firm grip with the arm to neck hold. One way is to respond with more aggressive rolling.
Green singlet wrestler executed the arm to neck move very quickly and firmly. This is a very difficult move to do correctly and carefully without causing injury to an opponent.
