Glad to see a Huge update from Visual Composser. Have been thinking a lot to move to Elementor or Divi as I use WP bakery for a long time and didn't see any movement since others seem to move on. Great tutorial as always. Will have a look and decide to get this Visual Composer to the site. Thanks a lot.
Thanks! Yes, please give it a try and we would love to hear your feedback. Visual Composer Website Builder is a fully rewritten product with all the knowledge that we gained in the last years.
Thanks for this video. I have a job right now where we had to save a site, as the client didn't have access to the FTP (long story). The site was about to go down and the plugins and WordPress were not updated. The old plugin had WP Bakery and Visual Composer as one plugin. The new is two different plugins. I'm scratching my head right now. I'm a Divi person.
Awesome tutorial. I was looking for something that showcased the capabilities of the new visual composer and couldn't find squat until I came across this Great video! Really appreciate it.
VC has return ! there are cool features I miss in Elementor as you mentioned, but I still prefer elementor interface, I'm not saying VC is a crap I used it before and I enjoyed it, but I think the UI in Elementor is more ergonomic than VC, WHAT DO YOU THINK BJORN ?
Hi Abdulkarim, I do prefer the Elementor UI. But I even prefer the updated Divi builder (new this month) UI over Elementor. I've come to realize it's necessary to have multiple page builders on hand, lol. This VC is a great improvement over WPBakery Page Builder and I think there are more good things in store.
I'm new to wordpress and tbh... coming from wix I have no freakin idea what to do lol... what would you say is the best, easiest drag and drop plug in? also with these plug ins... what if you build a site... and the plug in stops getting updates or something... tht could ruin the entire site right? like do plug ins get discontinued or...? appreciate any advice
Thanks for this video! I'm a little bit confused. You did format any type of text individually. So if you want to change the font, you have to change every single element. I hope VC has a global setting to format h1 to h6, hasn't it?
As always thanks for the video, I have some questions though: Is Visual Composer still based on shortcodes like before? Does it have the theme builder and popups feature? Does it support custom post types and taxonomies and fields? I'm more concerned about these.
I do. I use this one, Elementor, Brizy and Divi. Items to defualt to Elementor most of the time because it has so many third party add-ons that make life a lot easier.
Hi Sergey, You should be able to click on the button and then edit the text inline or in the left side editor. I hope that helps :) Let me know if you have any further questions. Thanks for watching!
Hi, I followed your videos from very long please help me in i am stuck from last 1 week in this, i need to login and register and show different dashboards which plugin can help me i tried ultimate memever
Hello Sir Fancy Pants, do you recommend Visual Composer or Brizy for the "go to" page builder for a newbert? Bonus question, how much wood would a woodchuck chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood? That, is harder to type than it should be, lol o.O XD EDIT: $60 for Visual Composer. I guess I have my answer, lol. EDIT #2: apparently all good page builders cost money.. Imma find a free one, and report back. - _"Ten four rubber ducky. Over and out."_
I recommend trying all the page builders that have a free version (Elementor, Brizy, Visual Composer, etc). When working them you'll discover which one is better for your workflow and your own easy of use. Divi is another great one, but it doesn't have a free version. My best guess is that a woodchuck could chuck its own body weight in wood every second. Before long the wood chucks would chuck all the wood on the planet. So we're lucky they can't chuck wood.
Yes you can. "WP Bakery Page Builder" ist the old "visual composer page builder" while this in this video is the "visual composer website builder". It's very confusing.
Hi Gopal, There are no fast indexing tricks. Build a page, add it to your site and Google will find it. You can "ping" your new page using various services, but I've found it's not a whole lot faster than without pinging.
My goodness! Although VC might have some good features and maybe one or two others do not have....there is no way in hell I would want to build websites on a regular basis with it. Wow. VC is not intuitive at all. The UI is horrible. I would take Thrive Architect and Elementor over VC any day. I found it very frustrating watching you build this page and knowing in Thrive Architect it would have been so much easier, except for the mouse effect on the image. VC needs a lot of improvements.
Hi James, I agree with your points on the UI. But I think they have to start somewhere and hope they continue improving. As for the image hover effect, it's probably a combination of CSS and JavaScript that you could manually add to Elementor or Thrive Arcitect.

I couldn't agree more.

Thanks you the tutorial. Came across this by accident and the effect looks so cool I've used it on my site. You have a new sub too
Does VC removed the backend view? Still prefer the the backend view because, it loads faster than front end view.
Thanks for this video!

How do I change the logo size? Its too small on my theme. I'm using wp bakery and I cant make my logo width and height larger.
Hi! Thank you for you tutorial, i just don't find the exact thing, is it possible to have some help?
I quite like this pagebuilder. I use Elementor but this one is also a great alternative.
Hi Kristijan,
Right now I have 3 go-to page builders: this one, Elementor and Divi. Is 3 too many?
@@wplearninglab No, certainly not. You never know what requirements a client might have. Thank you once again for this tutorials.
@@wplearninglab You need Oxygen 3.0
you still recommend this editor in 2020 ? or what are you using thanks
I do. I use this one, Elementor, Brizy and Divi. Items to defualt to Elementor most of the time because it has so many third party add-ons that make life a lot easier.
Besides changing the shape of a button, can you adjust the size?
very good page builder
It sure is, it's pretty awesome. Thanks for watching Asaduzzaman!
well done tutorial this is a very powerful editor
Cool😇😇😇 You are doing great! Appriciated buddy👌👌
Thanks Sandeep, and thanks for watching!
Thanks for this tutorial! Is it possible to customize "Send" button in the Form?
Hi Sergey,
You should be able to click on the button and then edit the text inline or in the left side editor.
I hope that helps :) Let me know if you have any further questions. Thanks for watching!
Hi...My pages aren't sticking. I've tried to delete and do again but it's not working. Troubleshooting advice?
The million dollar question is... can we exchange WP Backery from a theme made compatible with it with Visual composer website builder ?
Is there any way to automatically collapse previously opened FAQ toggle in Visual composer?

You've got a new sub. Thanks!
Thanks for the sub Kuba, much appreciated!

i can't create same as page using elementor/pro
Can i go back to the old visial composer? i dont like it like this!
Yes you can. "WP Bakery Page Builder" ist the old "visual composer page builder" while this in this video is the "visual composer website builder". It's very confusing.
Useless start from the beginning with a blank pallet next time!

@@wplearninglab yea like if they have the misfortune to inherit a project that already uses it. Let's be honest tho, VC is awful
Visual Composer sucks, use elementors
Jesus! VC is still TERRIBLE as a pagebuilder. They really need to hire a UI/UX designer.
