Even if the topic is same, the information is different in every video. People requested me to cover it so I made the video. The topic is not trending people have made it trending buy promoting Superbikes in a negative way. I’m just trying to cover the topic to share genuine information and not mislead viewers 😊
I earn up to 2-3 lakh every week i can easily afford it by cash but i won't buy it because I don't need a super bike, i subscribed to your channel because you are a good person.
I think the more feasible way to use this EMI option is to know how much you can afford as EMI per month and include the maintenance of the bike as well in it too. And if that amount one can pay without stressing his/her daily day to day living expenses only then one should go for it. That way one can enjoy the bike as well instead of only paying the EMI.
That’s why I said in the video your EMI and maintenance should not exceed more than 30% of your salary. And have multiple income sources so if anything goes off the track you can still manage 😊

Hi Rishi I know you have multiple business, and not asking specifics about it. Just wanted to know if someone like a salaried employee can save up the amount of let’s say 20-25L( which if lost is not a big deal, it’s experimental), since you have been in the business background and financial sector deeply, how the rich uses this cashpool? Buying a franchise outlet, leasing out a cheap building as PG, leasing out a building at holiday location to turn it into a airbnb or hotel or something else. Just would like to know what creative ideas that goes through in the talk of richer people circle.
It depends on what type of business you would like to get involved, I personally don’t want any liabilities and human intervention because If I had that money I need my control on that. The ideas which you suggested PG, air bnb etc will consume a lot more time and energy to even begin with. I would Simply go and Invest that money in stock market, as you said if lost it’s not a big deal. This would be my personal preference, because I just have to invest that and forget about it. Why unnecessary get involved in such business where you would personally have to look after everything 😊
@ this gives me a clearer vision, this part of having human intervention in the middle, i might go ahead and research on things which i can handle on my own. So a service kind of model maybe, connecting businesses is what my logic is pointing at. I know an industry on boom righnow among youngsters. Thanks for this, will interact with you further for corrections in my approach or for corrections in my overall mindmap.
Even If you can buy a superbike at full payment, still do down payment by credit card and make an sip of the remaining amount, then you can pay your monthly instalments of your loan and you will still earn 1-2% interest on top of that.
but wht abt the interest rate on the loan if that's greater than the sip interest rate amount is it worth it plus sip's don't pay much in short term. I think if you have cash in hand then you should just pay the full price.
I need a suggestion from you. I used Hero xpulse 2004V and I am looking to update the bike. I want to buy an adventure bike. Should I buy brand new 390 Adventure or used Benelli TRK 502X .I am getting a good condition TRK 502 for the same price as 390 Adventure. my uses is 1 . Touring , Once in 3-4 months. 2 . I also do off-roading sometimes.
A minimum down payment of 30% is required. If your cibil score is good then that is a different matter. Then there are chances that you may get it even on 0 down payment. 40% down payment must be made. And loan year 3-4 . Please correct if im wrong
Yes your CIBIL score matters and also how much salary you’re earning. But if you want to buy on loan try to make as much down payment as possible 50 to 70% and then opt of emi for not more than 2 years 👍 A safer way to buy the bike.
Rishi bhai what's that weird noise coming something like khr khr with/beside the exhaust? and one question how to be more productive focus on our work, and not get distracted?
Majority of people watch my videos because I own superbikes. I get DM’s daily about how I’m able to do it we want to do the same so saying on that basis 😊
Brother i want to buy good 300-400 cc like duke or aprilia or ninja bike in next 2 years thats my 1st goal in my passion. How can i achieve it ? I want to learn more from a experienced person and I will make my experience in own feild . Can you make a video on how to start business from scratch? I have few skills like , video editing, photo editing only because i have lack of tools but i am very good in these 2 things ! Can you please make a video on how to start your business from scratch? That will be life changing. Thankyou Bhaiya for teaching us something that we can't learn these things from anywhere! ❤️❤️
If you need your path, start applying whatever you’ve learned along the way in your day to day life. I can’t give you your path because it’s your life not mine. I don’t know anything about you so how can I guide you? Better approach is start learning from others who’ve made it, read books, apply those lessons find what you can really do with your time over the period of next 3 to 4 years, see how you’re taking your decisions, analyse those decisions. That’s the path. Your life is yours, own it first, accept yourself as you are and then go on to create a life for your self 😊
Dude 21.5 lakh ki bike pe 20 lakh kaa loan? Where is that 20% Downpayment rule? Also everyone, make it a rule to pay 50% amount as a downpayment for all your shauk. Agar saara hi loan karwaaogey then it is a chutiyappa. So, Wait 1 or 2 years, collect some downpayment and then buy the bike. Comfortably 1.5 lakh per month after taxes mein bhi manage ho jaayega agar 5-6 lacs downpayment kari toh. Been there, done that comfortably.
Happy for you, but not everyone thinks like you. We live in world of unlimited possibilities and I’ve seen many people doing less down payment and going for maximum loan amount as I said in the video check the link in description do your own calculations for yourself. How much you can pay for what period. I just showed you an as an example how much it needs to comfortably afford a bike. Bike is not the only thing in your life. As far as I remember you’ve done IIT right to secure good salary job now tell me how many people can really find job like this? Even I tired to get admission in IIT, didn’t made it. But here I’m still having things I dream of.
It doesn't make any sense to own super Bike on Salary. Even you are earning 3 lakhs per month because if your expenses are not manage then you have bee doing same job till loan tenure end.
Yes that’s why I said, don’t fall for luxury items on EMI basis. You will get stuck until to clear the loan and all other things😊 better Earn that money first and buy
