I love how almost all of these tricks were taken from a video from the 80's called how to yo.

@seroboy007 to put it simply - The Luminator is MASSIVELY better than the SpinStar, sorry If I misunderstood you, I ended up upgrading to a DarkMagic II after about 6weeks (the silicon broke after 3days :( ) so I'm still using my SpinStar and I can never get more than 15-20seconds of play time out of it!
should i getthe grind machine protostar velocity or dark magic 2
in the thumbnail i thought it was a cop doing a yoyo trick
@seroboy007 I lubed mine up with a big of rifle oil (quite thin, comparable to thin yoyo oil) and I can get an average of ten seconds out of it (setting it to lose or tight doesnt seem to affect that)
I'd say you have seven seconds of useable time.
which is better dv 888 or grind machine?

@epicalepic yea you kno drop in bucket plastic whips and other stuff of course i am a fan of hubstacks yes i do kno how too bind also why dont you recommend it for string tricks
@BUSTERZEUS1 either protostar or grind machine 2. in expert village, andre uses the dark magic to do tricks like ladder escape or any other master level tricks. protostar is extremely stable and comes with a center track bearing. protostar is also very VERY good on landing multiple strings. grind machine is a bit bigger but has hubstacks.

@seroboy007 But we're talking about the SpinStar here - its a bargain price transaxel, not a highly popular ball bearing yo yo - the two just aren't comparable.

If you have not so big of a intrest in hubstacks, then 100% go for the Protostar. If you're a fan of hubstacks, get grind machine but I DONT RECCOMEND THAT FOR STRING TRICKS

@BUSTERZEUS1 okokok... why are you so mad about it. Well if you are so eager and replying back to me saying that my advices are wrong, well just go with your advice and buy a GM. I dont like to argue and I am very calm when I am typing this comment. Now I am just saying that Protostar is a great choice.

Are you sure? Duncan yoyos are not bad quality whatsoever. Yoyofactory yoyos are made in China. Sorry man. Duncan has been in the game for much longer than Yoyofactory. How long have you been throwing? Back in the day, when the FHZ first came out, it was probably one of the top performers. Now they have throws like the Echo, Raptor, and Barracuda. Yoyofactory makes good throws, but nothing beats Duncan quality yoyos.

yyf does not suck!, duncan sucks! yyf has so much better quality.
