When my sister was 6 she had 3 pretty big cavities 🦷 I hope Ava is okay!!! She did great amazing for her age my dads a dentist kids adults and some adults act way worse and of course lots of kids bite him like a lot !

That's really good that Ava doesn't have to be placed in a car seat, anymore. It's really cool to see Turin going through PT, besides Landon. That bike kinda thing Turin was on, in PT looked like that cardio machine called a "NuStep."

Colgate makes a kids watermelon flavored toothpaste. My niece left some at the house and I finished it. No cavities so I asked the dentist what was the best and he said that it was. Has a little fluoride in it. The kids may not be getting enough from the water there. Not one cavity for any of us in over 10 years using it.
Have you ever heard of on guard toothpaste by doTERRA it has not Floride in it

Oh I rolled my eyes and said oh no...Ava was just under 40 pounds!! But it was ok with the Dr. No carseat. Yaaa Ava!!! I take back my eyes rolling. Haha
There are car seats the can fit up to 100lbs maybe they just did not have one that was a good fit for your niece. One suitable for a younger child may not work for an older one you would need to upgrade.

Wow my kids are all in their 40s and never had any cavities. l also have 8 granndies 7 are adults no cavities. I have always been a sweet tooth and have lost all my molars over the years.

Graduating to a booster might be exciting but it’s proven to be safer to keep your child rear facing until they max out a rear facing seat
She’s 6 I think she maxed out on a rear facing car seat.
