Idk about you but the elite 4 was probably my favourite part of this game, tbf I was severely, and I mean severely underleveled, but every fight felt challenging, I had to use actual strategy for once, and finally overcoming them felt so rewarding. Such a shame how Geeta turned out tho. Imagine how comical it would be if Larry was a gym leader, elite four member and champion too.
Larry is not just cool as an elite 4 because he is Larry It also symbolises how corporate higher ups force their workers to be all happy, as all of his Pokémon are all flashy and show-offy in this elite 4 fight, unlike the normal fight, to show how he has to use a different type even though he prefers normal type(other than staraptor, his ace in the original fight, which he gets to keep as it is normal flying)
So as a pseudo spoiler (though i wont go into very much detail): when you do arven's ending you'll prob be a bit underwhelmed, but this will actually open up an additional chapter that functions as his actual ending. Might be a longer episode/wolfy and chill if you feel like doing every bit of it in one go.
Hassel's crying actually meant something in my playthrough because he was my favourite teacher and I completed his entire story before doing the Elite Four.
He inserted laughs for the classes but please take them if your playing. Some aren't actually as easy as you think while some are easy they give tons of rewards in the long run

I actually failed the interview during my playthrough and when you complete it after you fail Rikka is like “How did you mess that up before?”. Well excuse me for not knowing the names of this game’s towns.
so once you do the final mission it is one that is better in a big episode or a wolfy and chill on since it's one of the best ending in a Pokemon game in a while.
That thing about the 3rd one being unable to finish until you do the other 2 is a lie, you can do them all in any order. It is the best one to end on in my opinion though.
My one pet peeve about this game is that the league is a one off. Meaning you only beat them once. Whice this is the first game where league replayability isn't an option.
Fr. I personally dislike the Academy Tournament so I was looking forward to rebattle the league as I loved the members and the music. Imagine my disappointment :(
Spoiler ahead The saddest part now is that the next person Wolfy will face is probably the most disappointing champion, both team-wise and character-wise if you ask me. Seriously who uses a pokemon that sets up spikes as their last pokemon while not putting KINGAMBIT as their final pokemon? (If you don't know, Kingambit's ability makes him stronger the more pokemon in your party are fainted, aka the definition of a last fight pokemon)
I know it’ll never happen (because of $$$ used) but seriously… Game Freak needs to start incorporating voice actors because seeing their mouths move forcing you to read their text bubble instead is somewhat frustrating.
You can actually challenge the pokemon league from the start of the game, the test is basically there to stop you from doing it with your level 5 pokemon.

I like to think he chose flying types cause in the tcg flying types fall under normal types. Probably not the case though.

I wasn’t underleveled in this game but in legends Arceus I felt like this
