I relate so much. I used to think that I had to be besties with my coworkers but now I’ve learned that it’s okay if I’m not besties with everyone on my team. Sometimes I work with my coworker and sometimes I eat alone which I’ve begun to enjoy quite a lot XD More time for myself and my hobby of reading💓

I have a very similar workflow / style as you (needing chunks of time to be productive) and I find it really hard to context-switch every 30 minutes, which at my job, sometimes is unavoidable and it's hard to not feel like I'm being as productive as I *can be* Thanks for the reminder to get back to calendar blocking and changing work environments if possible! :)

I love the productivity tips! I’m on calls sometimes for two to three hrs at a time and it’s draining. I purposely take lunch alone to regroup 😊
