Went to newport and block island this past Sunday did cliff walk then drove to ferry did a van tour of island caught last ferry back to pore then drove back to NYC loved it. I saw last year they did a ferry from E 35st to Martha's vineyard and Nantucket but not this year went in 91 to those islands Nantucket my favorite
I love Block Island. I've been vacationing there every summer for the past 10 years. Usually rent a house with multiple friends and family members. If I ever hit the lottery, I would definitely buy a home on the island!
@@JenniferSparksSavoy It's worth staying a few nights. You feel so relaxed after a few days on the island! I love taking midnight walks on the beach. The stars are so bright and beautiful on the Atlantic facing side without the light pollution drowning out the sky!
Didn’t know can bring the car over. Will be fun to tour island. So quintessential New England beach town👍 The beach Rugosa Roses are lovely. So glad you Traveler so often and kind to share. How do you decide where you want to go next?
I am obsessed with those roses they smell amazing! Yes the car is a option for a additional fee. I go places on the off season. Often I stay at timeshares when they offer great sales on unused weeks. The Vegas trip I was at Westgate for 7 nights still have to make that video. Lol Then added dates at other hotels I wanted ti see. I’m home now working on my CT channel called afternoon In Connecticut for the fall festivities here then I will be going back to Vegas and Atlantic City and hopefully South Carolina beaches in January. Haven’t planned that far out yet lol

Hello Elvin. Thank you for watching :) I personally never brought a vehicle there. Most of the touristy stuff is walkable how ever it is a beautiful island with more remote beaches and beautiful homes from what I hear. But if you are going for lunch and some sightseeing for a afternoon you probably don’t need a car. They do rent bikes and scooters there as well. Have a great time!
Living in NYC since 84 from LA and went to visit my cousin who lived in mattituck long Island. Drove to Montauk to show me area and I noticed land out in Ocean that's when I found out its block island. Always wanted to go and never been would love to stay a weekend in summer. Your video shows beauty of island I'd have to take LIRR from Penn to Montauk then ferry that's some schlep. But it would be worth it
Wow that would be a adventure for sure! If ct is closer you can also get a ferry from new London. The have a small airport as well not sure who flys there tho or if it is just personal aircraft’s that use it. It’s a beautiful escape for sure! Hope you get to see it soon 😃
Your videos are really nice but you need to improve your Audi. Get a clip on neck mike and plug that into your camera. Watching on my Apple TV ws very poor.
