i just got back into ajc, do you have any tips on getting this kind of value? no one really wants to trade with me
welcome back to ajc :)))!!
i’m not really an expert on getting rare haha but here are some tips that have helped me :3!
1. never give up and have a lot of patience :))!! sometimes it takes a long time to get a good trade and that’s okay!
2. do adventures! the forgotten desert can give you rare items but meet cosmo, return of the phantoms, and some seasonal adventures can also give you den items that you could trade for rims or clothing betas!!
3. trade up your rims for betas! you can trade around 15-20 rims for betas so if you save up enough of them you can get a lot of betas :))!
4. join giveaways/contests (be careful not to get scammed though)! some people hosts contests and giveaways on youtube, instagram, and discord so you could join those to get some items! (animal jam livestreams are fun to join i recommend them ;))
5. post your trade offers or what you’re trading on other sites! if you’re looking for a certain offer or item you can post what you’re trading on sites like animal jam worth wiki or various discord servers so other ppl can see it even when you’re not online!
6. shops (if you’re a member)! if trading is getting a lil boring or you find some items hard to trade you can put them in your shop instead!!
7. do something else while trading!! if it’s getting a lil boring you should try listening to music, watching videos/movies, drawing, or anything else while you trade!!
i think that’s all i got! sorry if it’s a bit lengthy aha i wanted to make sure i gave you at least some decent advice and to help you out as much as i could 🫶
