Sublimation Patches - Do they work?

I wanted to try out sublimation patches, so this video shows how it went. I have an Epson 2400 that I have converted to a sublimation printer for printing out the image I used on the patch. But you could also do this with infusible ink markers by hand or have your cricut machine draw out a design you color.
