I think that to make even possible to consider float stone and leftovers viable they should could remove the out of combat and have them always triggered or if that could make them broken maybe lower to 2 seconds the trigger and/or not make you be considered in combat from netruals. What do you think 🤔?
clearly not. scope is nice but not all moves crit and only attack based mons have natural crit rate. razor claw works mainly on mons dependent on moves. choice specs is nice but it has an innate cd of 8s. rn buddy barrier, score shield and muscle band are some of the best items
Scope lense was the first one I leveled to 30 then I leveled muscle band, keeping the last max leveler in case they add another must use item that has good sub stats
Could you make a new held item tier list? This is obv extremely outdated by now! And more specifically, I'd like to know what items are most worth upgrading to level 30! ✌🏻😁

Is she'll bell at least not terrible on venusaur. What do you recommend for the best items for him atm? I'm using buddy 30, bell 30 (just the trial), and choice 21. It thought the cooldown would be good and that the heal wouldn't hurt. But I wanna dump it after the trial runs out if it's not optimal

it's okay to have but currently I'm actually playing focus band over it again, but if you really only play pikachu and then sure, just don't want you to waste resource

It can have use, but when you have 3 slots are you really going to sacrifice one to get like 2 seconds faster to tye enemies jungle? I think that even for that intent it's usefulness falls of a lot after first jungle rotation.
Oh my, I’ve been using wise glasses, special attack specs, and shell bell on Gardevoir and use x-attack which absolutely melts a lot of characters. Should I use special attack specs, buddy barrier, and score shield instead?
Drop at least shell bell for BB. The only mon that I sometimes use with shell bell is pika because since I already put energy Amp on I just wanted to see how max CDR looked like. Both at 20, didn't want to waste resources up to 30 on those 2. The only 5 I got up to 3 are the 4 S tiers of this liste + scope
Shel bell is honestly terrible. Healing sounds good but if u calculate the amount of heal it gives its barely anything. I've heard you can also waste the heal when you are full hp which doesnt make sense. Focus band heal or even buddy barrier extra health would prob give u more hp in most situations.

the cooldown for sure just needs to be much lower
if neutrals didn't proc it, you would just see greedent players and talaonflame players going around, only farming and scoring all day. not a fun meta

The best items are the ones I mainly using, I just add Scope lens, Razor claw, or Choice specs.

I have a level 30 leftovers because when I didn’t knew held items, I thought they were good.
Now I regret wasting my item enhancers.

It's really not good, the best Venusaur build is focus band buddy barrier and muscle band with petal dance and giga drain

For casual players it should be : Best level 20 held items.
The list wouldn't change. Plus you get 3 level 30 tokens for free and should easily accumulate enough upgrade tokens to get a 4th.

Use what you are comfortable with. Cris is pro and he has different situation and build. Score shield is not recommended for mages.
