Wow, thank you for the celery tip. I hate biting into the strings. My family hates it as well. We hate the strings more when we're eating raw celery as a snack with ranch or cream cheese or something as a snack with raw celery. When I grew up, my family only had one potato salad recipe. It was very similar to one of yours. The one with all the vegetables in it. However, my family would never want mustard in their potato salad. I've always made the family potato salad. I have to make it two different ways now that I have my own kids. Some of the family want none of the vegetables, and they do like the mustard. I have to make two different kinds of potato salad, too. Haha. Your recipes look wonderful. I can't wait to try your potato salad recipes.

I use sweet onions in mine like your second one and I pour a little pickle juice in with sweet pickles. And crumbled bacon and a bit of bacon grease as well and mix it all up and then let it set for a day to blend the flavors.

My favorite part of the celery is the baby leaves at the tops, it was killing me seeing them go into the trash bowl. Love the pimento ingredient, I’m going to try that! Enjoy your videos so much.

Never saw anyone "string" celery until I saw Brenda Gantt do it! Apparently I have been doing it wrong my whole life. LOL I think I basically like egg salad with a little bit of potatoes in it! :) I just love that giant bowl!

We’re having ribeye steak one night this weekend, and cheeseburgers the next night. Guess what I’m going to make ?
