My sister gifted me Eros flame for Christmas last year… I personally think it’s great. It smells so nice and performs very well.
I agree with a lot here. I do however think Eros Flame deserves B tier at least. Definitely deserves more love. I like how the orange and vanilla work together in that. It sets itself apart from the regular Eros line while also sharing similarities. Maybe swapped with the Light Blue? That's the most popular one and I've always thought it came across as a nondescript/typical man's cologne lol

I'm with everyone else here: Eros Flame in C tier is just baffling to me. My spouse loves it the most, my buddy bought me a bottle because he loved it, every time I wear it around social gatherings it gets incredibly positive feedback.
Picked up Dior Homme yesterday. My soul is at peace. Until I want another fragrance again. Soon. The life of a collector.

So many reviewers just don't get Eros Flame. If it was in a darker blue bottle and named "Eros Elixir", I guarentee it would get way more love.
Bleu Electrique is the fragrance I brought to Vegas for my holiday weekend. Luv it!
I don't know if the fact that I own 21 out of these 25 is a cause for concern or not. While I don't really challenge where you've ranked all these, I still think I need to say that Eros Flame still remains the most complimented fragrance I've ever worn, and by a substantial amount. I love it personally, but I have others, even on this list, that I personally prefer more, but for whatever reason, at least where I'm at, people go nuts over it. As in follow me out of a store or a building to ask what it is.

I got few fragrances and Flame and 1 Million are probably my 2 favorite right now. Something about Eros, I just feel badass wearing it.
Great ranking! I agree with the S tear almost completely, except for Strong with you Absolutely. Have smelled it side by side with the Intensely a few times now, and so far I slightly prefer the Intensely. So I'd rather put the intensely in the S or A tier, and the Absolutely in the same tier or right below.

This is interesting in that it is informative that we don't have the same scent preferences. You like several things that aren't my cup of tea. It's really informative to see what you rank higher between two similar scents or from the same house. Like for me Moustache is D maybe C. BDC is forever S tier, anything Sauvage or like Sauvage is D. i don't rank Dior Homme nearly has high. Toy Boy would be lower. So it's useful to know that you liking a scent only means i MIGHT like it. Might need to dive into the notes, get samples. Which i always do now. etc.

Acqua Di Gio Profondo is my ultimate favorite. But not in winter. Profondo's middle notes smell really weird in winter.
Yeah adg profound really taught me that some fragrances arent for certain seasons. It needs some heat to bring out the magic
Bleu Electrique is available in many places in Canada, usually only the smaller bottle though.
La nuit BE is not discontinued. It's still readily available in Europe
Le male le parfum is just beast!
Didn't explore Le Male family until I tried Le Male Le Parfum.
After that I bought Ultramale, and Original, but Le Male Le Parfum quickly become my signature scent!

Would you please rank the discontinued as if they are regular? If it's worth the pickup or not is basically just based on the rare factor. Your ranking might suggest more to evaluate some of these with.

La Nuit De L'Homme Bleu Electrique is still available in Europe. Best price I found in Finland is 68 euros for 100ml.
My biggest discovery is that you can find discontinued fragrances in small parfume shops outside big cities for cheap price. Got today Roberto Cavalli Uomo Deep Desire.

I'm surprised with profondo.. I enjoy it but profondo lights is my choice of the two .
Le Male parfum is great but I've leaned towards Le Beau parfum as a favourite.

I like Wanted by Night better also, but The Most Wanted Parfum, though a tad redundant, probably beats both Most Wanted EDP and Wanted by Night.

If lattafa Asad smells like sauvage elixir, to me it also smells like a very old classic cologne that my dad used to wear called Best by Lomani.

EDP before anyone asks
Different price brackets have different expectations of what is acceptable.
$200 you expect more, like longevity so the disappointment settles in. When reality is, eternity is not part of a fragrances/ perfumers sales pitch.
When a $20 bottle is meh met with 2-5 hrs longevity, it becomes an amazing 💎 because one has spent only $20...
@@osmathgreenle8986 But the scent itself is most important. Longevity doesn't matter in every case. If it smells just ok but lasts a long time, the fragrance is still just ok at best. I find great performance to be icing on the cake.

I'd actually add Toy Boy in A tier. It's the only fragrance on this list unique enough that nothing else really smells like it on the designer world. Niche quality all around.

Where would you rank givenchy gentleman EDT Intense?
the only thing ima say is my three go-to designer fragrances are most wanted edp, prada carbon and sauvage elixir. they have gotten me sooo many compliments but the most i have got are from prada carbon. it is probably in my top 3 designer everyday fragrances of all time. seeing light blue forever above it owning them both is really weird imo. but anyway of course everyone likes different smells but just my opinion and mass opinion says carbon is just goat tier

Prada L'homme intense isn't discontinued It's like Ash is obsessed with it being discontinued and that will then make it discontinued when it just isn't. It deserves S tier.

If you can find Dior Homme Parfum. Get it. It’s an absolute masterpiece - and even if you don’t like it you’ll easily be able to make your money back reselling it in the USA.
The Guerlain L’Homme Ideal range is another popular range that’s hard to find in the US. 👍🏻

Ash, prada l homme intense is NOT discontinued. My batchcode says its made ib december 2022. Bought a 100ml for 84 euros this month.
I only have two of these. It'd be three if the mentioned BDC was the EDP and not the Parfum. Then again, I only have 12 fragrances and really only wear 10 of them.

I’d say the ysl isS tier. And Eros is At least B but it’s just mostly I haven’t been exposed to many of the ones mentioned but ysl y is my favorite currently

Bleu electrique is not discontinued. Just not available in the US. Not all need to be available in the US as some car models are not available in Europe or all other markets. The US market is not the centre of all markets.
I have not seen wanted by night available anywhere. At least not at discounters
Went to a macys for a specific cologne. Smelled prada black and walked out with it instead.
I have always found it strange how highly you value prada luna rossa black. I know fragrances are subjective, but out of the 50+ i have, its probably my least favorite. I also highly rate luna rossa carbon

I'd say luna rossa carbon is A tier, the only issue with it is that you get nose blind to it when you wear it with the very occasional whiff.
S for Sauvage 😎 I'm not a fan of the heavy ambroxan ones but the elixir is king right now

I really really didn’t want to like Sauvage EDP. I find Johnny Depp’s ad campaign to be hilariously cheesy. But man, since the first time I smelled it, it has everything I love in a cologne all wrapped in one. Velvety, ambroxany, masculine. Better than it has any right being. I have Y EDP too and it’s fun and playful, but Sauvage EDP has the date night sexiness for sure

yeah I Bought Blue Electrique on MyOrigines no problem. They keep coming into stock all the time after a two or three weeks.
same with Prada L'Homme Intense. Actually bought a bottle just a few weeks ago. I get that stuff might not be readily available in NA but calling them discontinued is quite misleading, especially when the videos reach a global audience.
