I saw them 2 years ago with Dashboard in Pontiac, MI. I was impressed with how many people knew who the lyrics. The played second on a 5 band bill. I was disappointed they didn’t play August in Bethany though. The most emo song ever!
I remember ordering this cd as soon as it dropped, based on how much I liked understand this is a dream, and I remember that I didn't like the changes to the band's sound, at first. But long term, understand this is a dream became a memorable record I sometimes take back out for a listen, while emotion is dead became part of the soundtrack of my life. Funny how that works sometimes.
Great to see them back together - at least for the occasional gig. I had a playlist with TJT, Brett Detar solo and Vesta running non stop for some time this year. Made this fucking pandemic a little more bearable.
Just saw them the other night for the first time ever and they were amazing! I seriously hope they come back around again soon. I’ll do the full VIP package next time, haha.
@@ShawnTrent-rr1tu I saw them a few years after that… they weren’t jumping around that much but the guitarist was doing barrel rolls across the stage. I just remember they sounded amazing live!

I saw them back in like 2001 or two, recently re-listened to their album, looked on youtube out of curiosity. Glad to see they're doing good!
I have a tattoo and in it is lyrics from this song I’m seeing them in my own home town sept 5!!!!! BEYOND EXCITED have loved them for decades
Don’t even act like we’re gonna ignore cartwheeling guitarist at 2:00 😳
Man I saw them live like 23 years ago and I remember them jumping off/over their amps and each other. Glad they still got it.

No chip? Fake theory. Every other band on this fest just had a singer and an original guitarist if that…
I bet you’re fun at parties
Buddy….Chip didn’t even play on this record. Lol
@@jfiedler26 This made my day!
@@jfiedler26 Also, your set was far and away the most fun I had at Furnace Fest, and that's saying quite a lot. Thank you for being there!
