Issues perform King of Amarillo on their farewell tour. First song for their encore set. This was their second to last show ever. Brian Butcher from The Home Team covering for vocals. Michael Bohn joined during encore to perform the entirety of Black Diamonds EP as well as Hooligans.
Live in Atlanta, GA at The Masquerade on 1/27/24. Recorded on iPhone 14 Pro.
Can we talk about how good Michael sounds here. His screaming in the new Woe, Is Me is top tier. Bring Micheal back and add brian and lets leep issues going.
Michaels always been this good but never got the recognition he deserved for the talent. The fact he played a show with these guys after they did him dirty like that forcing him out of Issues is wild
Mike has not always been this good. He was lacking luster at best. The band spent 10,000 bucks on Mike doing vocal lessons and he fucked off too much. He was kicked out for a good reason. All of them growing up has a lot o do with it too.
Yeah I had seen Micheal back in the day with woe and with issues he was always the weakest member of the band. And he didn't even want to do vocals he wanted to play drums. But he has worked on his vocals and they actually sound very good here. Like I always thought of myself as a better vocalist than him. But now I think he is probably better than I am.
