In sachin tendulkars horoscope, moon is in 5th house being 12th lord. in his 32nd year, i.e in 2005, his 6th house got activated (2nd from moon). 6th house has Exalted mars with debilitated jupiter, with dispositor saturn in 10th house. Guess what happened??? Yes, it is the TENNIS ELBOW injury !!!! But he was able to recover..after all it is the mighty jupiter :)

If you look at MS Dhoni's horoscope, Moon is in lagna with 4th & 7th lord jupiter and saturn who is the 5th and 6th lord. His lagnadipathi mercury is in 10th house of Gemini (Own House) and 2nd lord venus is with rahu in the 11th house. It is Rahu dasha as well. In 2011, april 2nd i.e his 31st year, the teams ambition of winning the world cup got fulfilled. In 32nd year he reached the peak of his career and became a huge brand.
Moreover according to mars BSP (mars in 9th house) mars being 3rd and 8th lord, the 10th place from mars i.e 6th house of service got activated and he became the captain of the Indian team.

good day sunil ji.... i found this technic worked in my chart and my wifes chart. mywife having moon sat rah in leo 7th house . in her 31 st year ending she came and joined with me in abroad , during 32nd year baby girl born (mercury with sun in taurus). ssshe had a chronic dises, i bought a piece of agriculture land . same year my mother expired.

Ok, my moon is in the first house, so my second house of Aquarius would have been activated in my 32nd year. Do I need to evaluate the planets sitting in my second house which are mars and mercury conjunct with I think mars sitting on Mercury as part of the influence? Let us see how will it turn out for me. My moon is in the 9th house of aquarius. Saturn, his dispositor in 7th aspecting 9th house. 10th lord Jupiter with ketu in 2nd house aspecting 10th and 10th house also being aspected by lagna lord mercury, 5th lord venus and 3rd lord sun, all in the 4th house of virgo :) Also, my saturn Mahadasha is ending at the mid of 32nd year, and Mercury Mahadasha is beginning. Coincidently, Mercury gets mature in the 32nd year :)

+Saptarishis Astrology According to this BSP Rules; 2nd House from Moon activates in the 32nd year . In my Senior Cousin's 32nd Year (His Date of Birth:23.3.1981) ( His 32nd year is From 24.3.2012 to 23.3.2013), he is forced to settle in foreign lands.
In his Chart , The 2nd House from Moon owns the Sign of Scorpio (Sign of Transformation), who's ruler Mars in the 6th House (along with Exalted Venus & Sun) , aspects the 9th house of Long Distance Travel & 12th House of Isolation & Foreign Settlements . Karmic Co- Ruler Ketu , also in the 4th House , detached him from Homeland , Ketu also aspects the 12th House, Triggering a person into Isolation & Foreign Settlements .
Also Interesting fact , the dispositor of both Mars & Ketu (Jupiter & Saturn) are in 12th House, aspected by Mars along with Exalted Venus & Sun.

The most respected Sunil sir , astrology is for prediction of future , but we do postmortem of past of anyone . We actually cannot predict the one girl would be rekha or Indira Gandhi ( reputation and highest value ) . something is hidden as god- particals that make a special rather than crowd . And that cannot be predicted by anyway . Time- space- situation elements almost failed in these cases , no Raj yoga predict it . Your vast and vast experience with experienced personalities may even think about it ?
Astrology is not to predict future only, its mainly for knowing our past life mistake s so that we can correct it

One question regarding this technique. Is this to be applied in Rashi chart or Bhava chart ? As for many individuals(me included) the position of planets (including Moon) change between Rashi and bhava by one house.

in my 32 year I started working as a researcher at university in UK leaving India, Incidentally 12th house (second from moon) relates to institution(university). The 12th lord Venus is in 10th house (career). Monetary gain were there as I hardly had been able to save any thing in India. Also My Moon Maha dasha had started around same period.

It works with Shahrukh khan as well. His moon is in 6th house, so 7th place of partnerships must get activated in the 32nd year. 7th lord saturn is in 7th house. Jupiter the lord of 5th house (romance) aspects 7th house (9th aspect). His journey with Kajol as the best on screen couple began with Kuch Kuch Hota Hai in his 32nd year :)
