I absolutely agree with the number seven. Because of the quarentine I've been watching a lot of videos in English, and at first it was okay because I can be aware of the sounds that sometimes I don't understand , but at some point I got really overwhelmed and as you say: if you learn a lot and you don't put it in practice all the time that you spend whatching those videos is completely lost. Anyone else?
i guess im randomly asking but does any of you know a way to log back into an Instagram account? I was dumb forgot my account password. I appreciate any tricks you can offer me.
@Kian Gus thanks so much for your reply. I got to the site through google and Im in the hacking process atm. Looks like it's gonna take a while so I will get back to you later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
Whenever I watched your videos, you say you are not native English speaker, but your accent is awesome, clear and understandable almost like a native speaker of English. Congrats, you are at where I want to become.
I will never complain about myself again. I chose to stay positive and committed more to listen and learn to my wonderful teacher. I am also motivated to learn more from my amazing blessings teacher. God bless you and yours
Hi Hadar, your teaching is so inspiring.. Thank you very much. There are 2 things that I will improve : #3. Stop avoiding interactions in English. #2. Stop waiting for the right opportunities to come. Blessings.
Hey ! my is shivani and I'm from India. I just wanted to let you know that how great teacher you are! Whenever I'm watching your videos I don't feel like I'm watching you on scree ,rather it feels like you are sitting right before me and explaining. Which is the speciality of very capable teacher. 😇
It's a slap directly in my face!!! So many trues!!! Thank you Hadar for all videos you posted in 2019, your videos helps so much. I wish you the best luck in the world.
Usually i notice the language mistakes of my classmates when they ask a question or do a presentation. But, i never thought of it as judging until i watched the video. I thought it was a good practice to correct others errors so i can learn and master the language. It looks like i have been holding myself back from achieving my fluency goal. Thank you so much.
I think being aware and noticing things is one thing, and it’s not a bad thing. Thinking less of the person making those mistakes or criticizing them for it, is another thing. So it’s ok to notice it and correct it in your head, it’s unavoidable. As long as you are accepting and compassionate a long the way to them and to yourself ❤️
This video is one of the most valuable materials for improving English. I should've watched this video earlier. You gave me an answer to why I couldn't improve my English, though I have spent a lot of time and energy. I was just in a comfort zone and mistook consuming content as a practice. Thank you so much, Hadar. You show me the way where I have to go. I really appreciate it!!
I am constantly working on not comparing myself to others. To me that's the root of all other evils like judging others/myself, procrastinating etc. We were programmed to compete with others, it's hard to re-wire your brain to stop doing that or knowing when it's healthy to do it and when it's not.

You're an amazing coach! Building confidence is the key for success. Tks for encouraging us to keep speaking and focusing on our own progress and not comparing to others.

Hello!!. What you said in this video, it seemed that you were talking about myself some time ago!!. After being part of your incredible community on Facebook and then, taking action and being part of your course Accent Makeover, I've been experiencing all activities which making me feel really uncomfortable!!. At that time, I realized that you learning process was making a positive and constructive impact on my weakness and limits. Step by step, I started to get used getting out of my comfort zone. Here I am after nearly 8 months and being aware that I feel more confident and fluent. It's gonna take time of course, but I can become even more clear and confident!!!. Thanks with all my heart 😁😁

Stop judging and start before you're ready totally resonated w me. Great tips for English and for life. Sometimes we forget how much we learnt just because we don't look back how difficult it used to be 👍
Among of the points of your list I feel number 7, stop consuming too much stuff in English, is my biggest sin. I would try to change it. Happy new year Hadar.
That was the aha moment to hear that judging others can eventually turn the tables on us. Choosing just one point from your list I think that consuming too much content bothers me the most. I know all too well what "not enough" means and how to switch from one resource to another in a second.
Very nice tips and I think that I need stop procrastinating. I stay thinking in make a review about English that I had studied in the past and I never make anything and I never try to speak and never had a make comunication in English. I feel too old to learn and I also don't dedicate myself to communicating and therefore using English in my daily life. Thanks and happy new year.
This is one of the best life-advice videos I've ever seen! You apply it all to learning and using a language but really these are such important tips for all of life. Thank you! I just discovered your channel yesterday and I'm enjoying your videos so much :)
That part about consuming too much content was a cruel but yet needed to be heard truth. I tended to think that my English must been improving from day to day as long as I understand mostly everything that I watch in English with no subtitles (movies, shows, RUclips), but about a three months ago I had to face the fact that I am not moving forwards in general, but only improving my listening skills. I am introvertive person and sometimes it is challenging to communicate even in my native language, but I started to record myself and afterwards analyze my speech. And I also started to talk with my cat - but I feel that she doesn't understand my English (probably because of some pronunciation issues)) Thank you a lot, it's not easy to stop binge-watching your videos, but I'll try to do my best in order not to decrease potential effectiveness
Thank you for your advice, I'm really thankful about that. I will strengthen my speaking in English more than my 2019, and I will put into practice every single word to avoid forgeting easily.
The best advice in 2020. Hadar, I suggest that your videos converted to podcasts on Spotify or other audio platforms as well. Have not done that already? I would love to listen to yours on the go.
Hey. I am 100% on board with all you said here. I personally want to use this content with my flavor into it. Of course, I will mention clearly who you are and all about your channel, let me know if that's okay with you. :) Thanks a bunch!!!
Happy New Year, Hadar! Greetings from Brazil. I love Israel and it's people ❤️. Thank you for your amazing and helpful videos! I don't have adequate words for thank you for all the precious things given to all of us via this channel. High quality content! Thanks a lot!
Hey, Hadar. Thx for your great and insightful presentation. I'll definitely stop staying in my safe zone and I'll start putting my plans into an actual movement!! Happy New Year!!
Hadar, when I watch your videos all my eyes and mouth muscles get stiff )) U do GREAT job!!! As a multilingual teacher I definitely someday should work with u about my pronounces
Thank you so much for this video! I really learned a lot of this. I watched a lot of videos about english fluency but this video is clearer than the other video like I realized all my mistake. That's why until now I'm still scared to speak in English. I always comparing myself to others like I really really wanna be like them but it's so hard for me coz I'm always think that I can do a mistake that maybe I can talk somethings funny or my grammar is wrong. This video is really perfect for me.
pretty young lady. i'm so glad ,i can understand you very well. the tone of voice, hand body gestures, the clarity of your voice theme words are so convincente. .🎉
Is it really that we never will get advanced level and become fluent in English because we haven't went to a native English country !😪 and how to achieve that ! THANK YOU TEACHER 💛
Bilou Mellah I became fluent in English well before I traveled abroad for the first time. Nowadays we have access to videos and to the whole world through the Internet. You can have classes on-line with a native speaker (or with someone like Hadar, who talks like a native speaker). You can listen to audiobooks, news, movies, and surround yourself with English the whole day. Reading helps a lot, too. Find someone you can practice your English with, no matter if you’re paying for classes or what.
I was so confused about videos with different accents and pronunciations. in this video respected Hadar madam has made us the more confident and more realistic way which is really very appreciable. cheers
wow I did NOT expect to feel called out by this, this is so helpful! I'm advanced and it's really nice to have a push like this, I often feel lost and don't know what to do beyond the basic learning and immersion and all that, thank you so much🥰🥰
Thank you so much 🙏🌷you are actually changing my outlook to learning English and I deeply appreciate it Moreover as I am a teacher I have to say you are One of the best teacher and mentor that I’ve ever seen 🌷🙏
I'm going to start putting the things I learn into practice for real! And most importantly, I'll stop to avoid communicating with native speakers because of this fear of not being understood by them or even the ideal of a non-existant perfection that it's in my head. Thank you for the tips, Hadar!
Thank you for your great advices. I should take any opportunity to comminucate with in English. And I should recognize that English is a second language for me and should speak in relax condition. Most important thing is to comminucate with.
I'll follow step #9 and start a passive english just writing here. I want to do it in more videos because I never coment in nowhere. Thanks so much for your tips.

Excellent video, it has inspired me especially to lose my fear to speak because of my mistakes. Now, I am following you :-)
Than you for your advice..I think it is impossible to speak like a native..so Im gonna try to improve and practice you suggeted.

Hey Hadar, I was just 3 minutes into this video and I had to stop and say, "Thank you". This is so good!!!❤️
I agree with you,I'm not Native English speaker,so I'm not waiting speak like a Native English Speaker,Just comunicate for me it's important.
Finishing 2019 studies with this video, I rather love this channel, it was a vital source of knowledge. Thanks and happy new year.

Moreover as I am a teacher I have to say you are One of the best teacher and mentor that I’ve ever seen 🌷🙏
I'm going to start putting the things I learn into practice for real! And most importantly, I'll stop to avoid communicating with native speakers because of this fear of not being understood by them or even the ideal of a non-existant perfection that it's in my head. Thank you for the tips, Hadar!
Yes yes yes!!
