I am never able to get an internet connection with this device. The wifi flashes... I click the ecoflow_xxxx to choose it and it ALWAYS SAYS no internet connection. Internet not available. I have no problems connecting to the home wifi using 2g or 5g but the ecoflow refuses to connect. I've disconnected and tried again... I've restarted my phone... any ideas?

I was able to conquer this issue. I search the play store and found there was an update. This did not appear in the app itself. So I updated. I still had the issue but this time an option popped up to tell me to use mobile data instead of wifi. So i went ot settings > connection> wifi > Advanced > Switch mobile > Then chose option to use mobile data network instead of wifi. I hope that helps someone else. Really I'm not sure the app gains me anything so it's kind of silly. But if you're like me and want it to run because it's there hopefully this will get you connected.

Will the EcoFlow River 600 operate on it's own without setting up the app? I don't have a cell phone. I don't want my battery connected to some site on the web, and will buy another brand it that is required. I like my privacy.

Can I have a heater plugged into it and turn the heater on using the phone app? And if so does it have to be on for me to turn the ac port on or can the whole system be powered on using the app.

Mine is brand new and wont charge! Why? And what is the wifi for? I waisted 400 bucks!

I added the app and connected it to ecoflow Max last night after watching this and got up this morning and no input from solar panels what did I do wrong? Updated firmware too!

Enter everything correctly and log out turn everything off including your laptops. Then come back later and try it.

Terrible AC plug in design for socket, I couldn't plug in both my TV and wifi hub at the same time, any solution for that
