I'm a RN and I taught my husband CPR because he was a professional fisherman and I thought he may need it one day. One day while at his parents his father had a major heart attack , fortunately what I'd taught him came back and he did CPR for over 20 minutes until the ambulance arrived . He saved his father's life. We're so glad I hounded him into learning basic first aid. ❤ I'm glad this story had a good outcome.

These fellas are such a blessing, and I 🙏🏼 they receive blessings 10 fold for their truly heroic actions. They put themselves at risk to help a total stranger, because stopping on the interstate is risky enough, but the man seizing could’ve easily hit the gas as they tried to get to him. Wow- he ran in front of the car to get to this guy. He could see the driver was having a seizure and the vehicle was obviously still in gear- thank God his foot didn't hit the accelerator! I wish the bravery, compassion and intelligence of these two men were contagious.
As a mother of a child who also suffers with seizures, I think these two men deserve a medal!! What a beautiful story of the compassion that humanity has. We should all take note of the strength of these men!! Thank you both for your concern and help that you gave him.
They were his Guardian Angels that day! 🤗🤗🤗 This was such a selfless act of kindness, those two men are definitely heroes! Just imagine the tragedies they prevented.
Funny he says he felt like he got hit by a semitruck because I actually got hit by one before and remember my vision going completely white. Was a painful and extremely heart pumping experience.
Having a seizure is exhausting, that’s what he meant, it’s like your body ran a marathon while you were out. Often people can’t even walk if it’s really bad, it feels like you ran beyond the point of failure until you literally collapsed
@somethingsomething404 I've had one for before and he's right. It's the worst thing your own body can do to itself very scary indeed .keep in mind I had no past history of one either. Just a random overly stressed body triggering the act

I would love to agree with that man in thinking anyone would help him but unfortunately that's not true. Most will keep driving, drive faster to get out of the way, maybe call 911 and maybe follow the guy but I highly doubt that anyone else would've jumped out of their own car while in motion to help stop another vehicle in motion. These guys were angels.❤
Lately I’ve lost a lot of hope in people. There’s been so much crap in this country, you truly forget that there are still great, amazing, selfless people around🥺❤️ Beautiful 🏆
Bravo to the young men for recognizing something was wrong and helping out a complete stranger on a busy interstate. Praise God neither of them were injured. Divine intervention for sure. God put them in the right place at the right time. These young men are amazing! ❤😊🌻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
My daughter (22) had no history of seizures. Stress brought them on where she had multiple in a two week period. That was in 2013 and she hasn't had one since.
I had a grand mal seizure while driving my Ford Expedition. I went onto a golf course, up a hill, went airborne, the front of the car went nose first into a frozen pond then skid across and out the other side and into a concrete sewer block. The sudden stop threw my head into the steering wheel and brought me back around. I was sooooo confused. Had no clue where I was but managed to find my way home. We lived on that gold course. Worst part is, I had my 3 year old daughter with me at the time. If it wasn’t winter, we would both be dead for sure!! My daughter is now 27 and she has no memory of it.
These guys are the best of what we humans have within us. I’m so glad they saved this young guy in a very vulnerable moment. Thanks guys, you’re heroes & very good dudes! 💕
I suffer from seizures and it is an incredibly frightening experience. I haven't gotten my license yet since I continue to have them (which sucks being an adult and not being able to drive but I rather not put others and myself in danger). Obviously you have no control over your body, he very easily could've hit the gas or something, so this could've been a much more dangerous situation. My last seizure was so bad they had to give me 4 injections to calm me and my muscles down because I wouldn't stop seizing. Because I had so many injections (they are relaxers to help stop seizures but they make you tired as heck) I was out for the whole hospital experience. At least I don't remember being put through all the scans and blood tests they did on me. Another thing with seizures is I've known and heard of people who wake up after seizing, not knowing who they are, where they are, who the people around them are even if they know them, so I experienced this once and have heard of it before, some people jump up after experiencing a seizure, completely disoriented not even knowing who they themselves are may become agitated when they wake up with people around them checking on them. I woke up with a bunch of paramedics around me not knowing who I was, where I was (I was in my home), who my cat was, and definitely not knowing who the paramedics are, I opened my eyes to 4 paramedics around me. I got scared and ended up leaping at them. Did the same thing after waking up in the hospital to a nurse right in front of my face. I had absolutely 0 recollection of anything that had happened so after the nurses calmed me down and told me what had happened I felt so so so so sooo bad. I called the hospital once I got home since I still felt so incredibly horrible. I still do to this day.
My cousin has seizures and also can't drive. I'm so sorry you are going through this too. I hope they can find a good medication combination for you that helps 🙏🏻
I had a stress-related seizure. I saw something traumatic and had my DL temporarily suspended while I was cleared medically. It took about a month while they dertimed everything from my brain scans and the like.
Very *Brave* to help !! ❤❤❤ (A lot of people would have been too scared or panicked to know what to do, or try. ) Blessings to all three of you. Cool thing on your "life resume." !!
