Hi Milan, do you have the pictures on the SD card of the camera? If yes, then take the SD card out and put it in the PC, if the PC does not have a SD card slot you might have to buy an SD card reader that can connect via USB and the transfer the photos that way

It could be a couple of things. First it could be that it's an old battery, try a new one. Sometimes the contacts get dirty, try wiping them down and clear any debris. Also, it could be the temperatures, if the battery has been in a hot place for too long it may not work properly
Check the contacts on the battery and the charger, sometimes when it blinks it means there a bad connection. Make sure both are clean and try again. Sometimes this occurs when the battery has not been used in a long time or it's too cold in the environment to charge. If its still blinking after trying all this, you may have to buy a new battery.
