at the 1:05 mark, you just went to Maguro Brothers stall to get some sashimi... those two guys are brothers... came from Japan sometime ago, and always wanted to work in Hawaii...one of them is a surfer and also the fish buyer at the daily auction... the other brother makes up the food combinations...
