I personally think that moxxie isn't really much of a killer himself. When he's working alone he seems to panic and not be very focused, but when he's with someone, not just any someone, someone he knows and works very well with, or loves he's on point and knows what he's doing. It explains why him and Millie work so well together not just as a couple but also as assassin partners.
It's so heartwarming to see the backstory of his and seeing Moxxie finally feel like he's found where he belongs and real friends and a family that loves each other for real, not just abuse you.. 😢
