I ABSOLUTELY LOVE YOUR VIDEOS!!! I've been sewing mine down for years 😊 I'm surprised more girls don't do this!! Another useful tip I've found...always sew it a tad lower than you would typically wear it, because as the days go on, it will get looser on each braid and inch back. It won't come off, of course, but by day 2 it will now sit exactly where you want it to be vs. further back than you want it.
@nesrinyehia3132 Hey...I lift the back, front, and sides...feel where that wig portion is connected to my braid and cut there. As soon as I make that first cut, the rest starts to unravel, exposing the rest of the thread underneath
@Sandra-jc2fs Yes and No. I noticed if I go past 1 month of wear, yes, because my braids are loosening at that point and depending on the length of the wig, it will start to become heavy. If I keep the wear under that time, then no. Especially since I do 2 anchor braids in the middle that are straight backs. They hold the wig in place...the perimeter braids are done just make it look neater and close to the hairline.
Have a blessed vacation, Ms. Precious Marie. This is a fantastic way to have wig security. I wondered how I, myself, would remove the thread if I sewed my wig to my braids. Thank you, in advance, for showing us the removal process. I appreciate you. GOD BLESS you and your family in JESUS' Name. Amen. 🙏🏻💕🌸 💕🌸 💕
Love thiss!!! And yes I’m curious to see the takedown. ALSO, can you do an updated skincare routine /what you eat in a day for hair/skin health ? You always looks amazing 🌸
The prettiest the most natural hair I’ve ever seen from root to end flawless beautiful eye catching Happy you don’t touch your edges ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ five stars all the way You should have your own exclusive collecting for sale 🙏🏼
You never cease to amaze me with these techniques. ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS idea to do this for multiple days, even at home if you have a series of events but no time to remove and re-install. I love it!
I haven’t heard that term in a while. Stuck like chuck! 😂. Love this. I’m always concerned about it flapping in the wind. Love this wig and color on you.
YES, thanks. I got my FIRST time wig glue in. I was sweating, and I had the WHITE ERASER LINE ON THE SIDE OF MY FACE. THIS IS A GREAT GAME CHANGER THANK YOU. ESPECIALLY IF YOU WORKOUT AND SWEAT SEW IN IS GREAT. THANK YOU, THANK YOU. MARIES❤
This video came just in time. I'm going on a cruise at the end of June and I want to wear a worry-free wig with super invisible lace. Don't want to be concerned with a shiny hairline and having to do too much styling bc it's going to be hot. Thank you so much, Sis.
Hi Marie, thx so much for this video. I’m definitely going to be trying this method for my next holiday even if I don’t go near the beach/pool. Can’t wait for the update.
wig without glue is a gift from the angles..thank you , more beautiful soft wig without glue application please, just using strings the safe way thanks we are great full.. ✨✨✨🌮🥤
So happy for this tutorial because I have been sewing mine forever but I’m not as skilled so I need tips! Would like to see even more detail of how you sew the cap etc
I’m so glad you did this, because I’ll never forget the video where that poor woman was on a Ferris wheel with her son, and the wind caught her wig and off it flew into the air. Oh yeah it totally went viral. So now I know exactly what to do because I’ve always kind of worried that something strange like that would happen, and, I never want to get in the water either because I don’t want any weird accidents. Thank you thank you and have a great vacation. You are the only person I watch for wigs.❤
Even if it slides back it's not going anywhere with the thread. With the water everywhere no one will notice. How do you feel about using sponge hair rollers on wigs for tight curls ? I erased the shampoo question since you answered it. I was wondering about shampooing and treating it since its color treated.
I’m wondering about the tracks on the wigs when it is submerged in water. Will it be obvious? Do you recommend particular type wig for swimming ? How about human hair , synthetic etc…❤❤
I’d like to see what your hairline looks like after it gets wet. I snorkel and I can stay in the water for 45 minutes to an hour. In my experience lace edge always gets wet and starts to curl up around the edge. Does that happen with this one? it would be nice to see a video of how your hairline looked after it got wet
Hi. Did the water lift it a little in the front when you got in the pool? I’m thinking of doing this instead of wearing braids like I always do for my cruise in a few weeks. Love your tips💕
Hey Precious Marie, I see many yte wig wearers youtubers do videos on silk/satin/silicone liner on wigs to make it glueless. I rarely see blk youtubers do a video on it. Can you do a video on this. However, the yte youtubers installs doesn't not look good as yours and other blk youtubers.
test it in your bathtub....lol...dunk yourself under the water and come up with your head going back...just saying...or your gym has a public pool go and test it in there...just saying here...

How can you remove the thread ?
Hey how long do you keep your sew in wigs for? And does it cause any tension or breakage around the perimeter??

You should do a video-LOL
I have no wigs exactly because the look of the glue puts me off. After this video I think I’ll be getting a wig 😊
I just had the biggest aha moment because of this video! I also hate the look and feel of glue overtime and this is a great alternative
Marie, I was looking forward to your follow-up on swimming in this wig after the sew in. Particularly about the front hairline area. We want update. 😅
GREAT IDEA MARIE!!!!!! It looks so natural with no adhesive, WOW!😱

U have just put wig glue out of Business! I hope this video goes major viral ! gh
I am sick of glue disappointing me.
Gorgeous pretty lady. I love this idea. No glue. You always slay and give good tips.
Love thiss!!! And yes I’m curious to see the takedown. ALSO, can you do an updated skincare routine /what you eat in a day for hair/skin health ? You always looks amazing 🌸

Awesome Marie, adding the stitching is a great idea, the hair itself is a beautiful color too, thanks for the tips 🌸🌸🫶🏽🫶🏽

Omg! Thank you for the tutorial! I will definitely do my wig this way for vacation!
1) How on earth do you remove thread by yourself; and 2) Will this work on an expensive full-lace wig without ripping it up???😢. Thanks for a response
I haven’t heard that term in a while. Stuck like chuck! 😂. Love this. I’m always concerned about it flapping in the wind. Love this wig and color on you.

You are so welcome!
The wig looks fabulous on you. Thanks for the advice
This looks AMAZING!!!! I’m gonna try this for the summer. I avoid wigs in the summer bc it’s never sweatproof and my lace WILL lift 😂
OKAY GURRRL 😊THIS IS A ABSOLUTELY PERFECT IDEA WOW STILL CAN'T BELIEVE HOW GOOD THIS INSTALL LOOKS WITHOUT ANY PRODUCTS 💕💕💕💕💕♥️💕

Beautiful and good job ! You are such a good teacher. You may be able to find the thread since you didn't use brown thread.
wig without glue is a gift from the angles..thank you , more beautiful soft wig without glue application please, just using strings the safe way thanks we are great full.. ✨✨✨🌮🥤
You are the slay queen! Beautiful wig! Just gorgeous!
Thanks, this is such a great idea! I'm going on a cruise next month, and this sounds like a great thing for me to do with my wig!
This makes more sense than using all those sprays & glue. I got chemical burnt & had to give up my 13x4 lace wigs.
Yes! It saves the hairline too 💕
would love to see after water results.... thinking of doing this... afraid the front will show up and show out
Wow, what a creative idea. Thanks.
Love this wig so natural looking thank you for your advice ❤

That color looks good on you.

Wow! That’s a great technique!! Would love to come up with something for short or bald method!! Have a great time!!
I'd like to know how you keep your hair clean underneath after swimming?
This is everything!!! I am going to try this when I go on vacay later this month. Thank you!❤
Much much Gratitude definitely will be trying this next week #SummerReady❤

I can't leave the house without having a wig on because they make me feel beautiful, but I hate wig glue. I guess i'm sewing mine down from now on! ❤
Sewing is a great option for longer wear 👍🏽
Very good tips, I will try this with wigs I will really appreciate an update 😊 you you are really looking stunning
Such a natural beauty inside and out ❤
Let’s see the video of you taking it down after the sew in
So smart 🙌🏾 great tip
This is epic!! Thx! Would love to see how your hair was twisted underneath.
Happy I started watching your channel. I hope to see all your wig updates
🥰💕
NGL I thought this was your natural hair until I seen “wig”
Are we still getting an update?
I love how beautiful you are looking 🎉🎉 thx for sharing your thoughts and time here 🎉
How does your hair dry underneath after swimming? (Not sure if she answered this in the video)
you can use a hooded dryer for this.
I’m wondering about the tracks on the wigs when it is submerged in water. Will it be obvious?
Do you recommend particular type wig for swimming ?
How about human hair , synthetic etc…❤❤
Great!!! This could work for a topper!!!
Enjoy your trip
Lol used to do this back in 2016 😭 no idea why we stopped
How do you dry your hair under the wig after swimming? I need to know please, I have a trip the end off September!? 🥹
A hooded drier works well. 👍🏽
Beautiful indeed. ❤
This is exactly what i was looking for tryna save money lol thanks ❤❤
No problem!!
I need to do this when I take my kids to theme parks. Im always afraid of roller coasters.
Yes. The most secure way 🙌🏽
Hi! I’m interested in this wig, and couldn’t find any recent reviews:/. Would you still recommend? Thanks
It’s a great wig 👍🏽
I’d like to see what your hairline looks like after it gets wet. I snorkel and I can stay in the water for 45 minutes to an hour. In my experience lace edge always gets wet and starts to curl up around the edge. Does that happen with this one? it would be nice to see a video of how your hairline looked after it got wet
How long dose this install last. How do you moisturize you scalp.
Great video! Link to wig no longer works. Is the site down?
It’s working on my end.
Yessss I've been wanting to do this
🥰
Hi. Did the water lift it a little in the
front when you got in the pool? I’m thinking of doing this instead of wearing braids like I always do for my cruise in a few weeks. Love your tips💕
It held fine for me.
Thank you 😊
Wow thanks u look so pretty
Can u do this with a full lace wig?
Yes. It’s the same 😊
Thank you so much 👍😊
Most welcome 😊
I love this idea, but I unfortunately don't have any hair to sew it to lol
Check out my glue install videos 👍🏽
Hey Precious Marie, I see many yte wig wearers youtubers do videos on silk/satin/silicone liner on wigs to make it glueless. I rarely see blk youtubers do a video on it. Can you do a video on this. However, the yte youtubers installs doesn't not look good as yours and other blk youtubers.
Girl let me know when your ready to sell the one you're wearing ❗
How does it not lift upwards? The hairline?
Do you have any videos on reviving a human hair wig?? I see alot for synthetic but not human
I think an older one. Search my name and “revive wigs”
Is that way works good? I need to know the results
It absolutely works well! It’s sewn down so there is no lifting 👍🏽
Thank you very much. Enjoy your trip
I want thissssssss
So you see underneath the braid?
I sew thru the braid
Are your braids just straight back?
Yes. 👍🏽
How do you take it down?
I cut the threads and it releases the wig.
Just tried to use the “MARIA’’ discount code, it’s not working.
MARIE
@@browncow4092 My bad! Thanks much
I am unable to go to your site
Which one?
Do you take off daily?
Not when I sew the wig down.
💗💗💗💗💗💗♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️😊😊😊😊😊✅️✅️✅️✅️💯💯💯💯👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻🔥
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
The real question is this bf proof
test it in your bathtub....lol...dunk yourself under the water and come up with your head going back...just saying...or your gym has a public pool go and test it in there...just saying here...
