how do you know when you are ready with the given sandpaper number to move on to the next one? and how much and how to understand the varnish of the car
great job as always, but I have two questions:
1. if the left headlight lens was more damaged (microcracks), why did you start with higher grid (p240) than the right lens (p180)?
2. why did you make more steps while sanding the left headlight lens? I mean p320 and p2000 grid discs?
the right headlight (the first one and the shot) was inserted from the short and the video was sped up and it started with granulations 180 240 320, etc., and the left headlight started with that granulation due to damage on it where the filling is shown, so to be sure it doesn't expand crack I started with blaza granulation
superb job again mate and loved the trick with the super glue . in previous videos you have said that you dont get pigtails with the kovax system yet you mention the possibility of them in this one . what would cause this issue with the kovax system?
you work without pressure, you work at low revolutions and you work with an electric sander

I know you use thick cut , fine cut and primer before ceramic coat but in this video i cant see if you used just one of the products or all.
Which one was that ?did you used the other products but you dont show on this video or there is no need to use those products always?

Sve je suho brusenje slovo prije papira oznacava pribliznost toj granulaciji,po abecedi sto je manje slovo to je blize toj granulacini

Dali se polimerizacija zaštićuje s keramikom ili je ona sama po sebi zaštita. Ako se zaštićuje sa keramikom dali se može odma ili treba neko vrijeme sušenja? Hvala
Polimerizacina u sebi vec ima zastitni film tako da ne mora ici keramila koliko ja znam
Prvo, majstore svaka čast. Posao na svjetskoj razini 👍.
Farovi obrađeni polimerizacijom jesu sami po sebi zaštičeni, ali ima i dodatni zaštitni premaz koji se smije stavljati osam dana nakon obrade polimerom.Osobno radim polimerizaciju sa Vapron K2 i znam da taj brand ima taj premaz Lamp protect 10 ml.
E super ne radim polimerizaciju al fino je nesto jos nauciti
@@Amddetailing Naravno, ali da napomenem da je takav premaz nakon polimerizacije bespotreban jer jer je isti namjenjem za zaštitu nakon poliranja, a nakon polimera je bacanje novca. Puno bolja opcija je Gyeon can coat evo, staviš ne čitav auto i gotovo.

Da li si 500 i 800 radio mokro brusenje ili mi se samo cini su smirlgovi vlazni?
Kovax papiri se koriste samo za suho brusenje,znaci nema vode ni na snimku
Koju mirku koristite? 3,5,8mm?

do you not apply a 2k clear coat or optically clear top coat or do you just polish and leave it? won't it just go bad again if you don't?

Jesi ikad imao farove da se ne daju urediti? Ja sam na e90 imao neke točkice ko paukova mreža, doduše najgrublje što san iša je 800 I nije skinulo ništa
Ne mozes sa 800 raditi takva ostecenja od 120 pa gore se to radi

Vidim da nekoristis masku protiv cestica prasine kad brusis,jel ti skodi ili ne?ipak je plastika u pitanju....
Nakon poliranja(zadnjeg)jel premazes necim kao zastitu ili SAMO poliranje?
Ako zastitis necim,mozes li reci cime i gde nabavis to?ili je to ona keramicka zastita.....?
Koliko dugo traje zastita i dali moramo jednom godisnje polirati?
Dal mozemo bezbojnim lakom da prespricamo i poliramo na kraju?

Masku ne koriatim ne steti mi za sad ali to je greska treba imati masku,nakon svakog,poliranja stavljam,Gyeon keramiku za plastiku,ako se auto ne pere kiselinama farovi znaju po 3 godine trajati da se nista ne promjeni(takav je slucaj,na mom bmw)
Ne moze se far lakirati auto lakom jer brzo pozuti i pocne pucati

Would the 3” kovax disks with no holes work with a dual action sander? Or would they leave behind pig tails due to buildup? If that’s the case I’ll go purchase that mirka 6” sander and run their 6” pads with holes
if you don't press clean the paper regularly, it won't stay

I fail to understand why you thought it necessary to almost dismantle the front of the car!!? When Tapeing around the headlight would be enough,? Didn't see any headlight polishing to hydrate the lens before applying any Clear coat with UV protection?? And lastly the polisher you used is way to large, As headlights are becoming thinner longer and more curved, Saying all that your repair looked ok and headlights looked good🇬🇧🤔👍
I always remove the bumpers because it's easier to polish and to do it properly. When the bumper is removed, every piece is finely done and the machine is not as big as it looks, it did the job 100%
If as when you said do it properly? Then why didn't you tape around the portion of the headlight that couldn't be removed? And lastly if you wanted to do it properly!! Why not take the headlights out all together??🤔🤣
