Listening to you talk always makes me miss family down in Letcher County. I'll definitely be giving the pickle juice a try when the weather warms up. Thanks for another great video!
We ain’t too far from Letcher County. Thanks for watching Brendan!
Love all your videos, thanks for sharing your wisdom brother, God’s blessings to you 2:11
Gonna try this next weekend. Nobody grills right in my family, I gotta step up!
Brother! I have gained 20lbs just watching your channel. Man, those look awesome!
I’ve probably gained 20 eating the food. Someone has to eat it lol
I love your accent! And pickle juice!! Yum!! I would’ve never thought of that!
Thank you 😋
Did you cook them for 3 hours it got dark fast lol! Looks great man!
I've tried it today👍. It's very tasty.❤ Thank you
Thanks! This looks great. Your content is excellent.
I appreciate that!
I am finding I like vinegar based things a lot more than I thought I would. Thanks for this! I prep a giant mixed chicken package at least once a month and BBQ is usually one of the best at keeping it tasty even after freezing and reheating (take the skin off for anything not used same week).
You’re very welcome!
that's the best hillbilly bears accent I've ever heard, where about are you from , i need to visit that state.
Definitely will try it
Hope you enjoy!
Great... except use olive oil, not extra virgin olive oil. Extra virgin has subtle flavors that are best when not used for cooking, like salad dressings or fresh sauces.
Those are good-looking drumsticks!
Thank you!
Nice! Those do look really good, I Ota cook some of those with my steaks to get more use out of my charcoal. It just lasts a long time, like 1/2 to 2/3 of a chimneys worth of charcoal lasts 1 to 2 hours after 10 or 25 minutes of cooking steaks or salmon 'n hot dogs
Thank you!
Can't wait to try this out
Hope you enjoy!
looks great
Thank you!
yummy
😋
So, about how long for each phase?
170 degrees isn't high enough for chicken legs left on the bone. The meat next to the bone isn't done and ends up chewy and difficult to pull from the bone.
Pickle juice is great brine!
Yes!
typically happens when cooking chicken drums
