Listening to you talk always makes me miss family down in Letcher County. I'll definitely be giving the pickle juice a try when the weather warms up. Thanks for another great video!

I am finding I like vinegar based things a lot more than I thought I would. Thanks for this! I prep a giant mixed chicken package at least once a month and BBQ is usually one of the best at keeping it tasty even after freezing and reheating (take the skin off for anything not used same week).

Great... except use olive oil, not extra virgin olive oil. Extra virgin has subtle flavors that are best when not used for cooking, like salad dressings or fresh sauces.

Nice! Those do look really good, I Ota cook some of those with my steaks to get more use out of my charcoal. It just lasts a long time, like 1/2 to 2/3 of a chimneys worth of charcoal lasts 1 to 2 hours after 10 or 25 minutes of cooking steaks or salmon 'n hot dogs

So, about how long for each phase?

170 degrees isn't high enough for chicken legs left on the bone. The meat next to the bone isn't done and ends up chewy and difficult to pull from the bone.
